I’ve been to this Taco Bell numerous times and haven’t said a thing, but wrong order after wrong order I will make this review. They forgot my main order then after I call they tell me to drive all the way back for a refund. Not only this but in the past I’ve had wrong orders and forgot items. No more Taco Bell on Immakalee

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. They get orders wrong and you have to wait for them to fix things. My husband has gone here three times and he’s had to wait over 20 minutes each time to get his food. This last time when he finally got it, it was incorrect and he had to wait even longer. They don’t even apologize for making you wait, it’s ridiculous. This place needs some serious remedial training.

The restaurant was clean, and the food decent. The personnel moved about as slow as I'd ever seen. The manager and staff all need a lesson or two in customer service. This area is seriously lacking.

Every single time I have come to this Taco Bell location it is the same terrible service. It does not matter if I come at 2 PM in the afternoon or 8 PM at night. It takes absolutely forevvvvver To get your food if you are planning on coming here just make sure you have about 20 to 30 minutes to wait for your food to be ready. Do not recommend this place

Every single time without fail it takes forever to get a simple order from inside it takes 30 mins atleast to get your order this location seriously needs to hire more people as this is ridiculous that it takes this long every visit to get food one should not have to go through the drive through to get food within a reasonable time.

Worst service ever and filthy restaurant. Came in and ordered. After 20 minutes of waiting and no one acknowledging us waiting we asked when our food would be ready. Lazy worker said they don’t know and can’t tell us when! We then called for a manager and instead of him fixing it to make the food he issued a refund that we asked for. Unreal! I worked in fast food. Would never treat customers like this. Other folks not served as well after 30 minutes! They also kept screwing up the orders they were putting out as we watched them redo several. Lastly the restaurant was filthy. Dirty floors, windows, and countertops. This place needs a complete operational overhaul.
