My husband and I love this Texas Roadhouse location. However, we have cut back on visiting due to the rehearsed spiel the bartenders use when we sit down. The girls are sweet and the customer service is great but the scripted greeting including all the offerings of drink specials, peanuts or bread, etc is a bit too much. I can’t be the only one. Please let corporate know so they help y’all be a little more laid back with customers.

Although our food took a little longer than expected, Thais kept us updated and ensured we had everything we needed in the meantime. The wait was well worth it—the meal was absolutely delicious and satisfying. What really stood out was the restaurant’s honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. The manager apologized for the delay, and even covered the cost of our meal as a goodwill gesture without us placing any complaint. That level of care and priority for customers is rare to find.
