I sat at bar since I was by myself. The food was (& always is) worth the wait, but since it was totally crowded, it was a tad longer than usual wait for the food. (Come by in the summer & sit where you want with absolutely ZERO wait!).
Don't come to this place for the atmosphere it's ok, but it's the BBQ, fries, & onion rings, that you're there for. I'm not a big ribs person, but I know they're pretty darn good also. Enjoy with your favorite beverage, which usually are 2 for 1.
The parking lot was absolutely full the night I was there. I had to wait for someone to leave to get a spot. Again, in the 'off' season months parking is no problem.

Ordered the $40 1lb Ribeye steak very poor piece of meat mostly fat! Told Emily the waitress, didn’t seem to care but to give us our check. Will never go there again!

Last night, Sunday, September 9, 2025, my wife and I went to dinner and we had a bad experience. At first everything was going well, the waitress came, introduced herself kindly and made several recommendations, the problem was that from the time we placed the order until the food arrived, more than 35 minutes passed, I'm not lying. And the second bad experience was with the food itself, we ordered a half rack of pork ribs and the truth is they were quite tasteless, although well cooked, I only tasted the BBQ sauce on them, and for the price of $ 22 it was quite a small portion, and the corn arrived very pale and dry, I came to the conclusion that Chili's ribs are much better. Anyway, my intention is not to make a destructive criticism, but I hope someone reads this comment to improve things at the Restaurant because it has declined quite a bit.

Arrived 7:25 seated 7:55 first server forgot drinks then came with other people's drink for wives said take them I'll won't charge they agreed then took order said kids eat free but later billed us. Food came 40min. later all sides screwed up then we got fed up because different servers kept bringing wrong sides over and over the table was getting crowded with sides. My full rack of baby back ribs were dried out no meat burnt and about 6inches long pathetic for $23 but family visiting us ask me not to say anything so I respected them. I'm a full timer in Naples and have come for years but last few times getting more and more stingy it's a shame guess they don't care anymore. The worst thing about it both family members got sick I was so embarrassed. Sorry this happened will miss Texas Tony's but I guess I'll go to Texas Roadhouse from now on.

Slow shit service
Catering- paid over $3200 for wedding. Emailed and talked to them for months about times, set-up & labor.
I was lied to about Management that would be there, had workers refusing to do what they were paid to do, showed up late and we had people waiting. charged 20% gratuity BEFORE order even came and they put this on a line saying "18% gratuity". They sent us multiple drafts to because they never could get the info right. At one point tried to charge us 18 hours of labor to feed 15 tables. Charged over $300 for a "delivery fee" to drive a couple miles.
Even went into the restaurant 2 times the week of to make sure all was good. Turned away 1st time because no one was there to help. Spend your catering dollars elsewhere.

Good food and atmosphere; however service was horrible. Our server was not interested in doing her job. Took over 15 minutes to get a drink, over 45 to get our food and we never got refills. It is unfortunate that the service was so terrible…the food and atmosphere is good but we will not be back.

I do wish the menu had more disclosure of ingredients. I do not like to make a fuss with my food issues and do not wish to educate every employee. The bartender was very educated and helpful.

Ribs were cold not cook all the way they also felt dry , it looks like they just dump warm barque sauce on top .

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Would give negative stars if possible. They Call themselves a BBQ place when my food was cold and so freaking tiny!!! And barely any sauce?!! For $20?!!!! and no sides because it was ordered online?!! My weekend is now ruined because I decided to spend my paycheck here. You think they would provide a refund 🤬

Very disappointing!
For years we have been enjoying dinner at this restaurant whenever we spend our annual vacation in Naples. This year we were very disappointed, since it had changed a lot and the quality is not as good as it used to be: The food is not really tasty, several dishes were not available any more on a Sunday night, the portions are a lot smaller and the food quality is just not good as before. The waiters are slow and not attentive. The manager offered a double kids burger with frozen petties instead of the angus burger, as this was not available as well as chicken in general. My mom and I had the buger, it was extremely greasy and just not good tasting, the fries were cold and soggy, my husband and my dad had the “Sloppy Tony”, of which the meet was just dry. Therefore the prices increased a lot in comparison to last year.
It seems that the owner or chef has changed as this restaurant is just not the same as before.

Let me start off by saying we have always enjoyed Texas Tony's food and service. Our service last night was so bad I would give a 0 star if I could to our waiter, David. After he took our order, somebody else brought out the food. It was missing a baked potato since David never came back to the table.I had to go up to the bar, where he was also working behind the bar, to tell him we needed a baked potato that was missing. After ten more minutes I went up a second time and then shortly after the second visit to the bar where our waiter had planted himself, someone else brought back this pathetic baked potato.That was half the normal size, as was the half rack of baby back ribs not their normal size. My food was great. My husband's, not so much. The baked potato arrived after he was done eating. Our waiter had yet to come back to the table to see how our food was or if he could get anything for us, such as a refill on our drinks. We saw him twice, once to take our order and once after he came to say "I see you finally got your baked potato" and drop off the bill. My husband had to make a third trip up to the bar to get our bill paid as he never came back . Do better Texas Tony's!

Manager was rude. Staff is super slow. Since the new owners took over, we tried 3x and it got worse every time!
Ribs are smoked to long, to dry, to small.
It used to be amazing, now it’s just sad.
