We had another great meal here, even better than the last time. We ordered enough to take home for dinner. The sweet and sour crispy duck was fabulous, the soft shell crab fantastic, and the mango curry seems to get better every time. They are very attentive and it was just a great lunch!

Parking: It's a big lot, but like every parking lot in Collier County, it's hard to get around and other people race through.

Waited 30 minutes for my takeout order, One soup and order of garden rolls. Opened the box and one roll was split open. Turned the other one around, the same. How am I suppose to eat this, it's falling apart. One piece of shrimp, not even a whole shrimp. These rolls that go by different names, is something I always order at Thai restaurants. These are definitely the worst I've had. Nothing but iceberg lettuce and a few strands of cabbage and carrots. They also had avocado, something I've never had in these rolls. Needless to say, I will not be back.18.97 in the garbage. Judging by the non responses, these owners/managers do not care about customer service or the quality of their food.

Upon Cafe is a nice quiet place with good food and a polite staff.

Update: After dinner one evening, my husband and I got really sick. Not sure if it was an “off day” for them but the food quality went down drastically that evening. It was our 4th and last visit unfortunately.

My husband and I came here for the first time while on a vacation from Miami. The food was so fresh and nicely flavored. Tasted like a home cooked meal. Will definitely be back again!

Let me just say this was my first time ever going into this restaurant to simply pick up my order, it was the Logan’s Landing location. This feminine male employee with his eyebrows painted on and horrible veneer teeth that goes by the name of “Mew” decides he wants to give me an attitude and size me up and down for no reason what so ever! He was demanding me to pay as if I take orders from him what a joke ! I asked for a manager immediately and to my surprise she was standing right off to the side where she witness everything from when I walked in . She took over my transaction and I was told by her that she has no idea why he is acting this way and apologized on his behalf but also lied about his name when I asked for it, luckily it was on my checkout receipt. The service at this place is HORRIBLE not even the manager made me feel like she did anything to correct his actions, especially in a working environment that is so disgustingly unprofessional! I will never go to place again, they are definitely not the top Thai food restaurant in Naples at all. If you are looking for a top tier Thai place in Naples with great service, food, and prices, Mojo Thai and sushi bar on Vanderbilt beach is the place to go, it is 1000 times better than this place .

I've dined in and did takeout at Thai Udon Naples many times in the past 3 years. Unfortunately, my latest experience has left me disappointed.
On Monday night, I ordered my usual favorites for takeout, but something felt off. The fish lacked the freshness and the seaweed salad tasted funny. The only thing that looked fresh was the lemon slices used for garnish.
I reached out to the manager the next day. To my dismay, they seemed indifferent, brushing off my concerns and no willingness to investigate further.
While I appreciate that every restaurant can have an off day, it's the response that counts. Given my past positive experiences, it's a shame to see this place slip in both quality and customer service.

Great service. Good Sushi and appetizers. Happy hour pricing available. Entrees with basil sauce are excellent.
