We were there Thursday evening for dinner for a small family gathering! The Staff and ambience were great. Some of the food was good and other dishes subpar. The Filet Mignons were overcooked and not very tender. Sub Quality steak with the price too high for that dish. My Grouper was dry and very bland. The Corn Bread was delicious. Found out it is now owned by Pinchers. We used to love this place but probably will not be back. CB

We’ve eaten there several times. It was usually good food. We were there the other night and I ordered the $70 lobster. It was more like eating crawdads. They gave me 4 small pieces that were so dry and rubbery that I was shocked. On top of it they were room temperature. Because we were being treated to dinner by someone I did not say anything. If a restaurant cannot serve fresh, hot food, then don’t serve it.

Very disappointed in the service we received at the Bay House. We were scheduled to sit outside in the patio at 5pm. The weather changed and it became cold, rainy and very windy. When we inquired about switching our seats to the inside we were treated by the hostess very rudely. She said they were booked and we had to sit outside. There was no one outside but the four of us. WE were seated on the end where rain was blowing in on us as well as a cold wind. We left the restaurant and will never make a reservation there again. Previously we frequented the restaurant and were always happy with the service and food.

Worst steak I’ve had in years. Went for Valentine’s and they first messed up my first steak by undercooking it and then my replacement was almost unbeatable. No manager stoped by and checked. Only question I was asked was if they cooked it correctly. Worst money I’ve ever spent on a meal - would never go back.

The food was overpriced but decent flavor, portions, and presentation was good. The service was ok. They refused to make a very simple substitution for one fish for another and gave us some nonsensical answer that basically boiled down to they could ADD the salmon to the dish for an extra $29, but they couldn't figure out the math on removing the original piece of fish and replacing it with the salmon. Apparently math is not their strong suit. I can assure you it wasn't mine come tip time. Also the king crab was rubbery from being frozen.
I was also asked to remove my hat on a Wed night where there were several ppl wearing very casual clothes. I think that was unnecessary as well.
The atmosphere was decent, the food was decent, but the overall experience less than satisfactory. Therefore I don't believe we will return. Just saw 2 ladies wearing hats... no one asked them to take then off.. how interesting.
Too many other expensive restaurants that will let you wear whatever you want while eating dinner.

I’ve been going to Bay House for many years both personally and for my business. They recently changed their policy to be valet parking only. Same size spaces are in the parking lot. When I did not want to use valet due to personal items in my car the head valet refused to even let me park in the last spot and directed me instead to a lot down the street. It was raining and the parking lot was essentially empty. He then rudely implied that they drive Rolls Royces so why would I care?? I care not because of the make of my car but because I want the option of not having strangers in my car. This experience ruined my night as I had to walk through grass and rain in business attire. I will no longer be dining at the Bay House for personal or business reasons. There are way more accommodating restaurants all over Naples. Treating customers like that is unacceptable. A golf cart service should be provided to the extended parking lots for patrons that do not want to valet. Simple and easy solution.

Our friends suggested this restaurant. We felt very welcomed by the staff and the service was excellent. They have a very good wine list at prices that are reasonable for restaurants. The food was good but not great for this price point

Very upscale eatery with a fine menu and excellent staff. The night would have been perfect if not for all four main courses arriving lukewarm, not hot. I will not ever send food back. Prices are appropriate for this level of fine dining, which places even more expectation on the food quality. Obviously, our server did not serve our plates as soon as they were ready. That denotes poor service. Nice place, but I've eaten better, and cheaper, elsewhere.
Parking: There were no parking spaces available for self-parking, but the valet service was exceptionally good.

Had the cod and stone crabs which was great but the mixed seafood was terrible..stay away from the grouper too..very bland....sent it back..outside was cold and windy and heat lamps didn't do much...place is very expensive and night time seating outside is at your own risk

Disappointed in food here! Corn and lobster bisque was so thin and runny. Had to add salt and pepper to make it eatable. Hubby ordered the special T bone and it was stringy and one of the worse tasting T bone steaks he's ever had. Thinking this restaurant might be so popular is because there are not that many so called "high end" restaurants in this specific area of North Naples. This is definitely not a "high end" restaurant! And the wine list was terrible. Will mot be hoping back
