Had a great experience hear with family. Every seafood dish we had was fantastic, and the desert was amazing as well. Great atmosphere outside by the water.

Bay House was recommended to us by family that live in the area. We decided to stop by for dinner during our short trip to Naples. Highly recommend, it did not disappoint! Our waiter Michael was extremely helpful in providing suggestions on menu items and answered any questions we had. It will for sure be a stop next time we head back to Naples!

Food was inedible. Snapper way overdo and stuffed with something awful maybe cardboard. Plate totally covered with minced carrots like I was four years old and tasted foul. Plus asparagus so dry it could be used to start a fire. Server over poured wine try to get yet another bottle. Profoundly disappointed.

As a year-round Naples resident who enjoys supporting local establishments, I was disappointed by the recent experience I and others encountered at The Bay House.
During a dinner visit, I ordered a simple cranberry club soda, served in a small bar glass with ice—and was charged $7 for each glass, with no mention that refills were billable. The server refilled the drink naturally, as most do, but every refill was billed as another full-price beverage. When I raised the issue that evening, a manager agreed that the policy was unreasonable and assured me it would not happen again.
Relying on that assurance, I recommended the restaurant to a group of eight friends who went there the following week for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, The Bay House repeated the same practice, charging $7 per glass for the same cranberry club sodas without notifying the guests. When I called the general manager, Elena, to discuss it, she was dismissive, uninterested, passive-aggressive, and showed absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. She offered no apology or effort to make things right, and instead repeated that 'it’s the policy.' Her attitude reflected a complete lack of appreciation for customer patronage. Behaviors like this—and policies such as charging repeatedly for a low-cost, non-alcoholic drink—devalue the restaurant’s name, reputation, and goodwill while discouraging customer loyalty.
I felt personally embarrassed that I had recommended the restaurant, especially after being assured by management the week prior that this poor business practice would not continue. Their failure to uphold that commitment reflected badly not only on the restaurant but also on my own judgment in trusting their word.
I view these charges as clear nickel-and-dime tactics. A cranberry club soda served in a small bar glass with ice costs the restaurant very little, and nearly any upscale establishment would automatically refill such a beverage as a courtesy. Charging $7 per glass for each refill is simply unreasonable and conveys a disregard for customer experience.
For an upscale restaurant that prides itself on hospitality, this practice feels out of place and unfair. Guests should never be surprised by multiple charges for a simple non-alcoholic beverage, especially when management had already acknowledged the issue and promised it would not recur.
As someone who frequently dines out and orders high-end meals, I can say with confidence that the general manager’s failure to handle this properly will cost The Bay House far more in lost goodwill and repeat business than it will ever gain through this short-sighted policy. I will not be returning to The Bay House, nor will I recommend it to friends, neighbors, or business associates.
Naples’ residents are loyal customers who expect transparency, fairness, and respect from local establishments. Until The Bay House changes this policy and rethinks its approach to customer service, I cannot recommend it to anyone who values honesty and hospitality.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The service was good but the food was definitely subpar. Our bill was close to 500 and not worth it

Everything was delicious..we had the mussels and grilled octopus. We also had the short ribs. Staff and other diners were friendly. We ate at the bar.
It was my birthday and they gave me this cute little shell. Will definitely return.

Couple caveats here: 5 stars for food and atmosphere absolutely. 10 stars for service!!! Our server, Illiana was absolutely amazing and the star of our evening! She needs a raise, a big one!!!
We brought a group there to celebrate a birthday and a honeymoon together. Illiana (spelling definitely isn't right) gave us a bunch of recommendations and we tried and loved them all! She even made an executive decision on my wife's plate to add a risotto vs whatever was supposed to come with it... probably the best bites of our meal!! She knows what's up!!
She was there when we needed her, away when we didn't and offered us a truly enjoyable experience that would typically have us rushing back...
However - the female GM was eyeing over her all night, brought a terrible energy to our table when she came to pick up a plate or a napkin, never said a word to us, either, just snared at us. We were also informed she made a snide remark about a member of our table because he wanted a knife for chicken.... oh the horror. We kept noticing this GM glaring at our AMAZING server and our table. No idea why.
Maybe we were having too much of a good time??
Anyway, we left the Manager with a wonderful review of our server before we left. The GM wouldn't take the time to talk to us on our way out. If you go here, I hope you get the server we had because she will make your night! Illana is an absolute asset to this establishment. Give her whatever she wants!
Please keep that nasty GM away from your guests AND servers. . . Please. 🙏🏻

The server was amazing, he noticed we were all catching up, some of us hadn't seen the others in 16 years. He took our orders and was just so attentive. He even took pictures of the group. It's on the pricey side, but the drink I had: Life is like an old fashioned was sooo good, I had! And the birthday girl (90 yrs old) got a lovely hand-painted shell from the restaurant, as a gift. It was the perfect place to go.
