Arrived at 5pm to get a appetizer and drink. Waited 15 minutes before we were acknowledged and ask what we wanted. Got the drink finally, had to flag him down to order the food, never came back to ask if all was well. The bar and the restaurant at that point was not busy, except there were counting out the register which seemed to be more important than helping us. We asked for a window seat for our 5:30 reservation. Was told we had to wait while tables were available at that time. We were seated with our guest around 5:45 in the coolest area of the place Then we were told that the special clam bake had run out of whole lobsters, we only got the tails , which were good but not what we had signed up for. Overall will not be going back there anytime soon

We celebrated my husband's 92nd birthday and had a blast! He loved his twin lobsters as the rest of us enjoyed the Clam Bake! Great evening!

Had the Lobster Bake which has a small chicken lobster, four large shrimp, oysters, muscles 1/2 corn and small red potato and lobster bisque or new england clam chowder. All was good. We actually wanted the order the twin lobster which came with nothing ... no app; no corn; no potato. Water views were terrific. Service started off good, but dwindled due to many tables getting filled , mid-afternoon and only one server who was run ragged. Servers went home because it wasn't busy.

I was disappointed that they ran out of lobster since we specially went for the clam bake dinner. Crab claws were very difficult to crack and open. It was not fun fighting with the claws. I will never get crab claws again!!!

We had a reservation but had to wait 20 minutes for a table. The noise level was very loud indoors. We all ordered the clambake special. The shellfish - clams and mussels - were cold but the shrimp was hot. One of the dishes had no sausage in it at all. The lobster tails were chewy but the claw meat good. Our server was very good. Overall a mediocre experience and we wouldn't come back.

This was the second time we have been to the Boat House this month. The first time was great. Saturday night the food was cold. Three of us ordered the Clam Bake. The corn was very cold. The mussels, clams, and shrimp were barely warm. The Crab was moderately warm. In fairness, the place was packed but the kitchen needs to do a better job of getting the food out while it is warm.

Was good, Nothing was great...stuffed shrimp too salty. Out of prime rib @630? I do agree with most that the value was good.

The food and pricing were amazing! We had to wait a bit when we arrived despite having a reservation because we wanted a table by the windows. We had a quick drink at he bar and were seated pretty quickly. Definitely worth the trip from Marco to Naples!!

Service was very slow compared to other places we dined while visiting Naples & Marco Island. Kids meals came out almost 10-15 mins prior to adult meals which meant by the time adult meals came kids were done and ready to leave. Tried getting our server attention a few times but only stopped over once. There was food on the floor around the table when we sat down which I get happens when dining outside but there was hundreds of ants even on the chair my son was on. Overall I felt there was other places that were a better choice for my family in the area. If you have a boat and want to dock it might be a better fit.
Great location and views, I was on the outdoor deck. Parking can be a challenge, but they offer valet. Definitely worth a stop.

My husband doesn’t eat seafood they made the scampi linguine with chicken no picture but was delicious. The seafood is so fresh. Great homemade bread and fresh butter.

This place was outstanding! Delicious food, beautiful views, and excellent service. Our server, Holden, was personable and engaging. He was super attentive and gave us amazing recommendations. Definitely try the shrimp cargot - so good!! This was our first time there and I was a little worried about parking, but it was a breeze because they have a valet service right at the front door.
