We visited The Bowl-Naples location on a Monday. Their hours are posted as closing at 5pm. We rushed there and got in the door with 10 minutes to spare. We were rudely greeted by the person behind the counter and she made it an obvious point to turn her whole body to look at the clock and then rolled her eyes and stated, “well, we close in 8 minutes”. We apologized and offered to leave and go get bowls at their competition. She said no that’s ok and then turned around to her co worker to state, so we could hear, “you’ll need to go get everything back out that we just cleaned”. We weren’t even asking for anything crazy, just bowls, from their menu, with NO modifications. Now I understand, having worked in several industries similar, when you’re closing, you want to do as much ahead so when you actually close you don’t have to do as much but I also know, from years of work experience, that you don’t want to lose money to poor customer service. If your hours are posted as 5pm, I rely on that actually being true. On top of this, the strawberries on the bowls were green! There are plenty of other places here in Naples that are happy to have us so, we will not be visiting this establishment again.

Eat açaí bowl I’ve ever eaten in my life! This is the place to go. You won’t regret spending any amount of money here bc it’s literally the most delicious and filling bowls!!! Granola is incredible and nd everything is so fresh! This is coming from the daughter of a professional chef so you know this is great! 😊

my go-to spot for açai bowls in Naples :) the topping are always fresh and the açai is delicious. its in a great location with lots to do nearby (baker park, the mall, the beach) The atmosphere is warm, its definitely a great place to go to with friends!!! The Staff here (special shoutout to cynthia) are friendly and attentive as well :)
