I had an amazing experience recently, all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Josh M and Max J. From the moment I walked in, both of them greeted me with a warm, genuine attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. It’s not every day you come across a team that clearly enjoys what they do and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy.
Josh M prepared my açaí bowl and did an absolutely fantastic job. You could tell he put real care and attention into making it—it was perfectly layered, beautifully presented, and packed with fresh ingredients. Everything from the fruit to the granola was fresh and flavorful, and the consistency of the açaí itself was just right. He even double-checked with me to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. That level of customer care really stood out.
While Josh was putting together my order, Max J was holding down the front with great energy and professionalism. He was polite, helpful, and made sure things moved smoothly and efficiently. You could really see how well they work together as a team—everything felt organized, friendly, and upbeat. Max kept a great vibe going in the store, and it made the whole experience that much better.
Both Josh and Max went out of their way to create a positive atmosphere and deliver high-quality service. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I left with not just a delicious açaí bowl, but also a smile on my face.

Me and my son went to The Bowl on Pine Ridge last week on Saturday, we have been coming to this place for a while now, and we have never encountered issues until now. We have had great experiences with the bowls, they are very good but what I was not happy about though, was that the young man with the camouflage hat was cussing and saying bad words in front of my 7 year-old son; I can understand some people have bad days, but it was just so utterly rude for him to not be aware of his surroundings, I expect this to not happen again.

All three of us got our favorite the AB&J bowl. As always it did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and quick.
I come here all the time. Love the açai bowls. Today I come into the one on Pine Ridge and it’s like 2 inches below the rim. If this continues, I won’t be going back.

To whom it may concern My husband and I have been going to the Naples acai bowl, the location on pine ridge road for about 5 years. We would typically enjoy going to the bowl at least 5 to 6 days a week. However, we were disappointed when my husband asked them to substitute the honey and coconut shreds for a side of granola. The young man stated that he could not do that, my husband told the employee that it was never a problem to substitute sides, and it was always granted. The employee stated, “that it was done out of courtesy, and they are not able to substitute anymore.” It comes as a shock to us that they are willing to lose valuable customers over a side of granola. We will no longer eat the Naples bowl. We are very disappointed at the lack of appreciation and loyalty toward their customers, and they are not worthy of us spending our hard-earned money at their restaurant.

The Bowl is my spot for the best açaí bowl in Naples, FL. Locally owned. I recommend the Barefoot Bodie with added cinnamon almond butter. Oh my! So good!
Been coming here every time i visit naples for a few years now. I always get the blended coconut drink and its SO GOOD. I also have other smoothies and bowls from them and they have always been amazing. As a vegan, This is my favorite spot to go for smoothies bowls and drinks! Highly recommend! My husband also gets the blended coconut drink and loves it. We got one everyday when we were here on our honeymoon!
