Best place ever. My family has been coming here for years and we look forward to it every time. Tasty, healthy food, quick service, fantastic staff who have been there a long time. One of my favorite places in Naples by far.

Bistro 821 has been around for a long time. We had forgotten about it, but we are happy that we tried it last night. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious, at a special price: a dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine for $56, plus $12 for SeaBass with a salad, all under $70.

I ordered the Clam chowder on Saturday and thought it was pretty brothey and not at all a Manhattan serving. Rest of dinner was fine but not as good as previous years.

Our group ordered the Paella, the scallop special, the bouillabaisse, and the salmon. Everyone's food arrived hot, was perfectly cooked and delicious. Our server, Sean was attentive and remembered everyone's name.

Have been going here for years and never, repeat never a bad meal or service. Rob again was our server and didn't fail. We have had him a number of times over the years. We are here in Naples for 2 weeks and make it a point to go twice while down here. Recommend Bistro 821 to anyone that's in the area to try. You will be back!

Food was very tasty, I had the Mediterranean breakfast. And the grapefruit juice. Price was reasonable for here. Sitting was nice.
I don't know why mashed potatoes with carrots was no longer on menu with the sea bass. Only a few months ago it was available. Our waitress said it hasn't been on menu for 2 years—- not true. Not sure why she made that up . Would like that back on the menu

Outstanding evening on Fifth with friends....Angela our server and Bill, GM, went out of their way to make us feel welcome! Great menu choices...we had clams, steak, salmon and chicken francaise (phenomenal!!) and 2 bottles of wine! Can't wait to go back!

I’ve been to The Café on 5th Avenue in Naples before and loved the matcha tea, but my recent visit was very disappointing because of the service. The server a young, slender woman with dark hair and a strong accent was rude when I told her I had wanted my matcha iced instead of warm. She made a comment like, “Why didn’t you say so?” and handed the new drink back roughly, almost spilling it on me.
Other staff were kind and offered to remake it, but the experience was already unpleasant. The café itself is cute with a nice vibe, but that kind of unprofessional behavior shouldn’t happen.
