The food was just good; service was better. Drinks were tasty but overpriced. The baked Brie was a disappointment, as it was too small and just didn't taste right. The salmon was delicious, however.

Bistro 821 has been one of our favorite restaurants in Naples, FL for the past 30 years! At our most recent visit, my husband and I each started with a delicious nut & berry salad. He thoroughly enjoyed his entree, the tournedos of beef, prepared as he requested. Unfortunately, my entree, the grilled shrimp and lobster, was very disappointing, as the food was tepid and dried out when served. Moreover, the asparagus side was served mushy. This experience tempered my usual enthusiasm for the restaurant. My dessert, the chocolate mousse, however, was yummy! Kudos to the chef! The last few times we dined at Bistro 821 were a little disappointing in terms of meeting the high quality dining experiences we came to expect over the years. The next time we travel to Naples, I am sure we will dine here again, however, because the food and the servers are generally outstanding! The service, as always, was exceptional, and the servers were friendly and considerate!

Our favorite place to dine in Naples. The Chilean sea bass is wonderful, as is the Wagu beef.

I’ve been going to this nice little café for a while and I can tell every time I am here it’s always consistently good healthy food and the service is pretty fast. I am a super fan of the healthy juices , my favorite is morning glow with ginger pineapple is delicious

Bistro 821 exceeded my expectations. The service and atmosphere from entering until I left was excellent. Angela and the rest of the team great. My appetizer of crab dip followed by an entree of sea bass and a lobster tail was really good. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.

All the food was delicious, they are very accommodating of special requests and food allergies. I forgot our waitress' name, but she was top notch and went above and beyond. (She was from Boston) thank you for everything

Did a search and read some reviews since I was visiting from out of state and rolls the dice and wow am I happy I did. The owner was kind and engaging as was the staff. He introduced me to a new tequila and it was excellent. The appetizers consisted of a delicious Crab dip, some of the best shrimp I've ever had and calamari We had 2 wagyu tomahawk steaks cooked to perfection a Filet and lobster tail a Filet of sole and a 50/50 Filet of sole and red snapper. It was all incredible. I was the only one that had dessert and it was a delicious creme brulee. I've been in the for many decades and this place is special. I can't see how anyone could not be happy eating here. Thank you to the entire staff for an amazing experience!

The very unfriendly manager looks at the Latino customers very ugly and didn't want to give us a table inside until a very friendly Latino employee told us he had a table. The manager is dismissive and in a bad mood. Breakfast delicious but extremely expensive. For two people we paid $78.00, we ordered two omelets and two coffees plus a croissant. I'm not coming back. I'm sorry for the kind waiters. The tip was already included. We clients end up paying salaries plus a high tip while the owner pays poorly and sells everything very expensive.

Second visit. First was 4 yrs ago just before Covid-19. We finally returned because the house salad was so impressive. Especially the way the chicken was prepared sous vide. The portion was huge. I was so glad to see that it survived. But, alas in true post covid form my husband ordered it, the portion was smaller and the price went up considerably. That is why only 4 stars. It still tasted great. This time I ordered the mahi mahi taco's. I would have paid a litte extra for more fish in it. The taco shell was only half full. Also, I was served just balsamic vinigar instead of vinigrette. But all in all still a great place to eat at without all the hoity-toity Naplestude.

Except for the French toasts which resulted in being just a bread toast everything was ?. No complaints, actually looking forward to visiting again. I don’t recommend the French Toasts though ?

Dietary restrictions: They have a pretty good menu for those that prefer to eat vegan
