My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here. It was both of our first time dining here, and we will definitely be back. The service was on point and the food was too. They were so lovely and accommodating for our special occasion, they truly made it special. The ambiance was lovely, super busy of course so you can't expect it to be silent, but no issue being able to conversate amongst your table.

As usual the food, service and ambience were perfection. Even the valet is cool. This is THE PLACE for steak in Naples! Everything is delicious, we favor the bone in strip, bone in filet and the lobster tail!
The Capital Grille is one of our favorite restaurants and our go to for special occasions. The food is always delicious, and the service is very good. We enjoy the ambience and decor. I highly recommend the Capital Grille. It is a great place to dress up for the occasion.

Absolutely the best dining experience ever! The entire staff did their part to make sure that we had the best service. The food was phenomenal! The restaurant is beautiful and well maintained. My recommendation is that if you want to celebrate a special occasion this is the place to go.

Party of 6 there to celebrate a milestone birthday which we had informed the Restaurant about and they did everything they could to make it very special! The food is always reliably good, and they went the extra mile to make whole evening as special as possible.

We were celebrating our anniversary. We didn't have reservations (didn't cross my mind to get one) and just showed up (a little underdressed I might add). Initially we were told we would have to wait 1 1/2 hours. Needless to say, I was disappointed and little put off by it. The Manager, (Christy if I recall correctly), intervened and said hold on and let's see what's available. I was still nervous that we were going to be told no can do. Instead, a few minutes later, she asked us to follow her and to our utter surprise, the table was set up with heart confetti and hand written happy anniversary card, a complimentary glass of champagne. We were stunned and most pleasantly surprised. I was ashamed of myself because I had caught a little attitude and yet, Christy went above and beyond anything I had expected. The food was great but the service - the service was amazing. To the manager and staff, a heartfelt thank you from us to you and your staff and team. We had a great wedding anniversary dinner!!! To the manager: the definition of hospitality and leadership!!!
