The cheesecake was quite good but it took ages to get anyone’s attention. We were sitting near people who seemed quite upset about both their food order and the time it took to get it. The manager was called….

Very Poorly Run. Too bad.
This location used to be good but the recent management here is very poor and has let the place go from what it used to be.

i ordered a fried chicken club salad and while i was eating, a bug just came from the middle of the salad, and it was alive walking through my food. i told the waiter about it, but he didn’t do anything, nobody even asked me if i would like to order something else, just got my salad and walked away. they didn’t charged my order, but i still had to pay for my strawberry lemonade, taxes, and tip. i am very disappointed and i will never come back again. also, another thing is that i came there when it was night, but the place was VERY dark, the lights were very low, so difficult to see well.

The food came out on small plates so we asked for larger plates to make it easier to eat, as the food was stacked on top of each other with shredded lettuce and pickles underneath making the sliders wet and soggy. An assistant manager came to our table and told me that I was being rude to my face...I said ok, so when I ask for something to be the way we would like you interpret that as the customer is being rude. It felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Then to sweeten the experience the assistant general manger came over and defended the first manager. This all took place in front of my family - absurd experience. With out a doubt this will be my last visit to this overpriced eatery that masquerades as fine dining. I remember in Washington DC in 1991 when they first opened....much different. But then again, customer service is a lost art.

Cheesecake Factory is an American restaurant chain, offering a large menu, and of course, multiple cheesecake options.
First thing you notice in the restaurant is the decoration and style inside. With large, decorative pillars, and vaulted ceilings with paintings on the inside, it's very pretty (albeit standard for this chain). The restaurant has three areas. A large foyer/entrance with ample seating - to accommodate people waiting for a table, and those just looking to pick up meals and/or cheesecake for takeout. Speaking of takeout, they make it easy to pick your cheesecake as they have a whole display counter dedicated to all the various cheesecakes they offer (but not all of them!)
The menu itself is massive, so ideal for people to look at it prior pending their preference. It's well organized, outlining food by category. Of note, they offer a "skinnylicious" menu - a compact version of the full only showing the calorie light options, given the full menu options can be quite high (but delicious)!
The food is good, however they're oil/butter dense, making it savoury but a clear indicator for why the food tastes so good, but calorie high. The same applies for the cheesecakes; they are absolutely amazing, but always good to be cognizant of the caloric intake! Serving sizes for both the main course, and dessert are plentiful, giving you great value for your dollar.
Service in the restaurant was great. Our waitress came by multiple times, offering to refill water/drinks, and checking in our how our meal was. She also provided us with complimentary warm bread and butter - always nice to see at a restaurant
Parking: Parking is adjacent to a large shopping complex, so multiple spots are available and you should not have to stress about finding parking. Worst case is you walk a bit more to the restaurant
Wheelchair accessibility: Full wheelchair accessible

Love the food here but they keep the restaurant temperature entirely too cold. I'm always freezing in there!

The food and service were okay. I was very disappointed with the portion size of the asparagus. I paid 8 dollars for 7 small asparagus.

Haven't been here in awhile- stopped in for HH. We had their cheeseburger eggrolls- way good and a drink. Good selection, still like the decor- worth the trip.

Lots of issues on this visit. Poor service, bathrooms not clean and any time during our visit, server was not attentive and practically ignored our table after we ordered non-alcoholic beverages.

Really enjoyed the food and our server, Ana, was excellent. The only drawbacks were the room temperature, it was very cold and we needed our jackets and they dimmed the lights so low that people needed to use the flashlights on their phones in order to read the menu.
