Avoid sitting at the bar if you want to eat - very poor, lazy, smarmy, aloof service. Food comes out beyond late and only after begging the servers to check. Then it’s only half the order. The other orders take so long they’ll wonder if the whole kitchen all quit at once. If there’s a manager on duty there’s little concern and zero oversight. Realize this is a tough business these days, but c’mon, CF is better than this or at least they used to be.

What an amazing experience! I visited with my family of four and each of us ordered a different dinner option. All dishes were served at the same time by 4 different waiters allowing us to start eating together, which we really appreciated. Every dish was unique, delicious, generously portioned, and beautifully presented. It was truly one of the best dining experiences I have had so far. The portions were so large that we eventually needed takeaway boxes.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, checking on us several times throughout the evening. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and you could genuinely feel that they wanted you to have a great experience. The next day we returned for cheesecake; all varieties were delicious, and once more the portions were far too generous to finish.
I can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys excellent food, generous portions, a great atmosphere, and friendly service. I am a big fan now.

Group of 4 went last night..the place was not busy as in the past..the food was just ok..4 orders and it came out and not delivered as a group..we waited many minutes before we could all eat together..some of food was a bit cold and fries undercooked..our waiter was ok..but not really very attentive.. The men’s washroom was a total mess my 1st trip in to wash my hands..water everywhere..wet paper towels thrown on the floor and stuck to the mirror..I did bring it to a staff members attention..2nd trip in it was a bit better but still not what it should be for an establishment of this quality..still wet paper towel stuck to mirror and just plain messy..another 2 patrons were making the same comments as I was leaving..not thinking that’s a good thing ..
I only gave it 3 stars as that’s what my heart could give…on a positive note our drinks were cold and the sandwich I had was very tasty Thinking things need to be tightened up somewhat
I will go back at some point and give it another go

The food was honestly terrible. We ordered Skinny Chicken Soft Tacos, and they had more cabbage than chicken. The pickled vegetables also had more cabbage than other vegetables. I couldn't even finish the meal. We also ordered a Chicken Katsu Bowl, and the rice was plain, tasteless, and completely unappetizing

We had an awesome dinner at the Cheesecake Factory! Even though the restaurant was completely packed on a Saturday night and we arrived without a reservation, we got a table after 3 minutes of waiting time. We got served immediately, the staff was very friendly and fast. The waiting time for the food was about 15 minutes. The food was very good! No question, the Cheesecake as dessert was absolutely perfect!
