Two thumbs up for The Crust Pizza Naples. Granted, we were the first customers in the door on the day we visited, but the service was great, our delicious hot pizza arrived quickly, and the price was right. I'll be back.

Went a couple days ago, food was great, especially the salad dressings and service was fabulous. Only thing was it’s pretty loud in the back, lot of screams and banging. Still worth trying, even if the seating could be better for larger patrons

I come here regularly because the pizza is just so good if I eat pizza it’s here and I will drive from Fort Myers down to the crust just for a good pizza. I have never been disappointed. In season it’s going to take awhile to be seated but the wait is worth it.

I had such a great experience at The crust. The pizza there is absolutely amazing, me and my family want like every night lol. Austin, a server/bartender did such an amazing job taking care of me and my family, could not have asked for better service! He was respectful, helpful, kind, and just a great person to take care of your needs. If you’re in Naples, Fl and want to eat at a nice family owned restaurant then The Crust is the place to go!!!:)

I’m a frequent customer of this restaurant, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I visited on a Monday evening around 5:30pm. The restaurant was very quiet with only four tables occupied. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk, and we waited 2–3 minutes before someone finally appeared and seated us.
Once at our booth, we noticed immediately that the table had not been cleaned. We waited several more minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, but no one came by. Meanwhile, I could clearly see multiple employees standing around — five gathered at the bar chatting and three at the to-go counter. There were absolutely more employees than customers, so “busy” was not the issue here.
I finally got up and asked for assistance and to speak with a manager. A very young acting manager came over and instead of apologizing or offering to get our drinks started or clean the table, the conversation quickly turned into excuses about being short-staffed. One of the servers even remarked to me, “You’re not the only one in the restaurant,” which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional — especially considering the nearly empty dining room.
What was missing was the most basic form of customer care:
A simple apology… acknowledgement of the delay… and someone stepping in to help.
Instead, I witnessed a juvenile conversation, staff showing little respect for the manager, and zero sense of urgency or leadership. As a longtime guest, I have never seen this restaurant so disorganized or disengaged from its customers. We ultimately chose to leave because the tone, attitude, and lack of accountability made it very clear that service was not a priority that evening.
This situation was not about staffing levels — it was about management, leadership presence, and setting expectations. I truly hope ownership invests in consistent, capable management so the team — and the guest experience — can get back on track.

My favorite pizza is the pepperoni. I love the wine on tap. Nice large bar to sit at and have dinner

I absolutely love this place. It captures that timeless, classic pizza‑parlor vibe while delivering outstanding service and genuinely delicious food. Add in the warm, energetic atmosphere of a great sports bar, and it becomes the kind of spot you’re excited to stumble upon. So glad we found it — we’ll definitely be back.

Very good pizza place, with round pies but cut into squares. Definitely get the honey hot sauce add-on for $1. I think I preferred the premium pizza. The pepperoni was excellent as well.

I was sitting at the bar when I witnessed an older white man who looked like he worked there being incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful towards another employee, clearly making her and everyone else around uncomfortable. It was a disgusting scene, to say the least, and upon further investigation I found that the perpetrator is the OWNER of the establishment, going by the name of George. I will absolutely be telling everyone I know in Naples about this, and I will not be coming back any time soon.
Hi, George. I noticed that in your response that the main focus was if anyone actually witnessed what took place rather than addressing the situation in which I am concerned about. Do not get me wrong, my aim is absolutely not to falsely accuse anyone of anything, but rather to get an exclamation for the behavior that was exhibited. Thank you!
I've had pizza from here before. Good gluten-free pizza. But they cut their pizza so stupidly. I asked them to cut classic style, and they refused, quite rudely. And then when I got home and opened up the pizza, as always, there were several pizzas that were about the same size as my thumbnail. It's ridiculous. And again, just rude.
Basically it's Domino's Pizza I don't get why people say it's a four or five basically it tastes like a frozen pizza the place sucks if you like this pizza just go to your frozen food aisle
