Had dinner at The Grill last night for the first time. It will definitely not be our last visit. The 2 men in our party shared the 36 oz Wagu Tomahawk. Ate and loved every last bite. Cooked to perfection. I had the Stone Crab for an appetizer and the Dover Sole for my main course. Again, perfection. Perfect wait staff and an extremely cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I tried for weeks to change the time on the reservation via open table, and was never able to. Then I tried to cancel it, for weeks again, and not able to. Since I could not get assistance, I had my husband book another reservation on his open table at, at my Open Table app was blocking me out.

Great restaurant in the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Our server explained the specials and was attentive throughout our dinner. I had sea bass and my husband had the NY strip. Both cooked perfectly. We will return next time we visit Naples.

We were very disappointed with this visit. The bone in filet was dry ,overcooked and not worth the $125 . One of the Dover Sole was not fresh and the steak fries were dry and mostly inedible.
We had a beautiful anniversary celebration! Our server Wes was so attentive and kind. Thank you so much!

Party of 7 service was terrible. We had 3 bottles of wine waiting for our food. We kept asking for our food waiter kept saying it was being plated. He was annoyed we were asking but we were ready to walk out. Huge delay never once did he apologize. Manager came to give us free dessert but we just wanted to get out of there. Our steak was overdone no check back we will not go back!

Everything was superb from start to finish. The hostess did not have the specific table we wanted available immediately, so she offered us champagne while we waited. Once seated, our waiter was very attentive and informative. Everything from the lemon drop martini to the foie gras (served with sauternes, as requested), dover sole and grand marnier souffles were perfection. It was crowded and relatively noisy, but the ambience made up for it. It is always a pleasure to go there!

I had not been to The Grill in years but recalled a lovely experience. My recent experience was also exceptional...perhaps more so. From the atmosphere, impeccable service and dishes (best Dover Sole we've ever had)...The Grill is simply a special place to enjoy an evening when visiting Naples.

Place would've gotten 5 stars but the Sommli could use a little personality. Spend $800+ on wine you can atleast act like your engaged. Everyone else including hostess Loren & our waiter Scott are top notch. Piano music is set to a very appropriate level.
