Excellent meal and service at the Merchant in the newly opened Naples Beach club. Joe the bartender and the rest of the staff were as amazing as the food.

I stopped by in the afternoon and I had the absolute BEST experience at The Merchant Room thanks to our bartender, Emina. She was truly outstanding—warm, welcoming, and so sweet the entire night. Not only did she make perfect cocktails, but her personality made the whole experience even better. She was funny, engaging, and made us feel completely taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with genuine charm, but she does it effortlessly. Emina was awesome, and she made our night unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back because of her!

We dined at The Merchant Room on the second night of its formal opening, and the experience was extremely impressive for such an early stage.
The food was exceptional — beautifully executed, perfectly cooked, and clearly prepared with top-tier ingredients. Every dish we tried felt thoughtful and polished. The service was impeccable as well, with staff who already carried the confidence and professionalism you expect from a Four Seasons property.
The only challenge at this early stage is the ambience. As it stands, it’s hard to avoid the feeling that you’re dining in the hotel lobby. It’s elegant and refined, but the space doesn’t quite have its own identity yet. That said, it’s easy to see this changing soon: the outdoor terrace looks absolutely spectacular, and once it opens, I expect the atmosphere to match the quality of the food and service.

Still, The Merchant Room is absolutely worth visiting already, and it’s clear that it’s on track to become one of Naples’ premier dining experiences once the terrace opens.

Top tier cocktails and service. I was curious to see what the new bar had to offer and the drinks did not disappoint. Joseph made me some incredible drinks that you simply cannot find elsewhere. They were inventive and I could tell a lot of time, thought, and preparation went into their creation. Highly recommend if you want to have a five star cocktail. The rest of the wait staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Spectacular. We’ve been huge fans of Chef Gavin Kaysen’s restaurants in Minneapolis, and getting a chance to sit down at the Merchant Room in Naples was a real treat. We weren’t staying at the hotel, but were warmly welcomed by everyone from the valet to the front desk staff, servers, and front of house leadership. The space is beautifully designed, the staff is impeccably dressed, and the menu is perfectly presented. Don’t just take my word for it. Snag a reservation next time you’re in town.
Stunning!
