Went around 7:30pm to eat and take part in the rom-com trivia. We were tended to, asked for waters, and that was about it. After that, we were never checked on again for a solid 30 minutes. I watched our server (grey-haired, military cut) walk around mindlessly like he didn’t just hand us waters and forget we existed. He genuinely looked like he didn’t want to be there — and when that energy bleeds onto your table, it’s hard to ignore.
I went in expecting a good time and left in a sour mood.
The host was great — attentive, welcoming, actually present. Even if he had zero serving experience, I would’ve preferred him over the person who was actually assigned to us.
I spoke to the manager, saw her speak to him once, and never heard back about what was being done or even an acknowledgment beyond that. For a place hosting something that’s supposed to be upbeat and fun, the service completely undercut the experience.
Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my 21 years of living.

We had a ladies lunch yesterday and we had fish and chips, the Reuben and beef barley soup and it was wonderful. Had to wait for a refill of pop but otherwise, everything was timely and piping hot. Something I never experienced happened. We paid with cash and the younger female server did not return with cash change for three of us. We asked her for our change and she looked like she couldn’t believe we asked this. Ten minutes later she came back with the check and the change for three of us. I told her that we were going to tip her but that it would need to be our decision and not her assumption. She looked at us dumbfounded and said nothing. No apologies and no understanding on her part. We then left all the change she had returned. Not trying to be petty but that is not good service!

Came to The Pub for a couple of drinks while walking around Mercato. Great find, good vibes and energy and quick service with great drinks. The Manager (Yulie) was very attentive and came around multiple times to check in. Looking forward to coming back again soon!
I had a very bad experience at this place. They took a lot of money from my debit card, and I'm still fighting with the bank. It's unfair. There were different charges with different amounts. Something that, of course, I don't agree with!

Great food and very friendly staff. As an (actual) Irish person who finds it hard to find good Irish/British food, the sausage rolls and fish & chips were excellent! Extra bonus points because they had Gunpowder Gin AND a range of Fever Tree tonic. Would highly recommend.

First things first I found a strange item in my burger it appeared to be a tooth possibly a bone. If you want real British food this is not the spot to go even if you have a fine experience which I’ve had in the past the food will be subpar at best. They had a dog walking around the restaurant running under peoples tables and begging for food. Never again!
