Absolutely awesome, little coffee shop. The croissants are as good as they get, probably one of the best I have had in a long time (they import the dough from France), crepes were a bit underdone form me, buts personal taste and great tasting coffee. The service is great and helpful. Absolutely worth a visit!

If you're in the Naples area of town, there are a few options but none better than Black Letter. Although most of the tourists here order basic b!tch drinks, the staff knows how to make a great coffee drink should you decide to venture out on something like a Honey Lavender Latte. The Breakfast Croissant w/egg, cheese and bacon is quite possibly the best breakfast sandwich I have ever ordered from a coffee shop. There are ample tables outside on the patio with umbrellas, public restrooms nearby and WiFi. The only suggestion I have is to put the names of the pastries in the pastry display case. It seemed to slow down the ordering process when every customer is pointing and asking "what's that?". Still, the staff was gracious and energetic in their explanations of the pastries nobody ended up buying.

Stopped for coffee and breakfast, I had the miel latte which is flavored with honey & cinnamon. The breakfast crepe was big - 3 eggs, good amount of cheese and bacon. Im pretty sure it was a premade crepe because it was a little tough along the edges, not soft like a fresh crepe. My som had the double chocolate muffin and it was pretty much decadent chocolate cake for breakfast, so he loved it. Fun location to walk around.

Haven’t been here since this place was Le Petit and things have changed, but not for the better. Prices are still the same or more for quality and portions that have gone downhill. They no longer offer the nutella/strawberry crepe, so I ordered the nutella crepe and added strawberries and bananas - $2 additional charge for each fruit added (so $4 extra for both). There were maybe 5 banana slices and 7 small strawberry slices…that is criminal to charge that much for additional fruit when barely any is added. My sister got the bacon and egg Croissant which was obviously premade and the bacon was barely cooked and slimy. The fruit cup that came with her sandwich is pretty sad too. I have added photos of both the fruit up and sandwich (with the sandwich next to a piece of bacon that we cooked so yall can see the comparison haha). The strawberry refresher was the only item that was worth our time/money. Oh did I mention it took over 20 min to receive all our items….you would think the quality would be higher for such a long wait time. Overall not worth it for the price, quality, and wait time. Sad…

The coffee is good but did not appreciate the cashier with his condescending comments. It was our first time. We always support local places but it didn't feel warm and welcoming.

Crepe was hard and crunchy, and came with incorrect fillings. The hot chocolate was just warmed milk. No taste. The Latte was very bland..However the breakfast sandwich was ok.Overpriced for the type of quality.

Black Letter was once our favorite breakfast Cafe with freshly made eggs and cheese warmly melted on a lovely croissant. Now owners have obviously adopted a low cost business model while retaining top quality prices. They now serve a thick pre-made egg cake with cheese. The cheese was not melted and the egg cake was cold in the middle. Even the plastic fork was cheap. (I had to use the fork to try to cut my croissant since no fork was offered but the fork splintered into my salad. They were kind enough to offer a refund bur that misses the point. Venetian Village is not a place to have a Cafe whose offering does not measure up to fast food.

I decided to come in today for the first time in a while to get a strawberry crepe and add Nutella since they no longer offer the strawberry and Nutella one. I used to come all the time when it was named Le Petit and it was wonderful. The two times I have come since they changed to Black Letter the portions have gotten smaller and smaller for the same price point, not to mention I have to pay more since the Nutella is an add-on now, which is fine. Not to mention the small size, the crepe was also very tough. I broke the plastic fork they gave me trying to cut it, and when I got home and used actual silverware a butter knife was still having trouble cutting through. Overall, I don't think the crepes are worth it for the charge anymore.

This is hands down the best coffee in Naples by leaps and bounds. There isn’t another coffee shop that can even come close to the quality of the drinks. The food was also delicious (we had the avocado toast and egg cheese and avocado on a croissant). As an owner of a coffee company in MA we have always struggled to find really good coffee in Naples. This is by far our new go to spot. If you’re looking for the best coffee around, this is a must stop. Their cold brew was smooth and delicious and the bourbon maple latte was a nice treat without feeling like you’re drinking a glass of sugar and milk. Can’t recommend Black Label enough!

I got an iced latte with an almond milk which was really good! Walked around the area and found a bench right near the water! The only minor downfall was the customer service can be improved upon.
