I stumbled onto R's diner going to the dollar general. I try not to eat at chain restaurants. I sat at the counter and was greeted with a menu and smile. I ordered the chicken fajita and holy crap the dish was big and piping hot! it came with chips and salsa / beans and toppings. The dish was fantastic. I found out the owner is the chef and works 12 hr days. you can tell he takes pride in his place with the quality of the food that he serves, right down to the heinz ketchup and the log cabin syrup bottles on the tables. no generic stuff here, The staff is very friendly. I have now gone there twice for lunch and have not been disappointed! My wife loved the hamburger! much better than the burger joint in downtown naples!

Attending several times friendly fast paced service. Great food I tried several breakfasts on several visits. Always perfectly cooked, not over, not under. Tried several different meals all were great. Nice to see a successful business that appeals to locals and tourists like me. Great spot recommended.

Bring your appetite! We went here for breakfast a few weeks ago and I'm still thinking about the food. They're homemade biscuits are some of the best I've ever had. My daughter is still raving about their fluffy eggs. Everyone had the most wonderful breakfast. The food came quick and the portions were enormous!! This is a must stop spot if you're in the area. I can't recommend it enough.

Food was great!! Had the Country Eggs Benedict and could only eat half (leftovers were great). Wife go the 3 egg breakfast with pancakes. Everything was cooked perfectly and there was a lot of it. Had a comfortable diner type atmosphere. Will definitely go again (asap). Highly recommend!!!!
