They feature mostly small-production, sustainably, organically (or biodynamically) - farmed wines. Bottom line is these are made by producers who care about quality wine. They have wines for every budget and palate. They are always bringing in new and interesting wines. Oh oh!! …and they have amazing Tasting and Wine Education events. I was introduced to The Wine Store by my friend Linda. We attended a wine tasting event and I was pleasantly surprised of the experience. The owners, Jill and Bruce, were beyond hospitable and seemly lovely. Don't let the size of the store foul you as they go all out.You must try one of Jill's charcuterie boards. She has a gift of arranging into a gorgeous platter. The taste is to die for. The wines of the event were from Italy and needless to say, I enjoyed every sip.I highly recommend The Wine Store in Naples. A stop to remember.

I ordered gift baskets 2 years in a row from the Wine Store for my friend’s birthday. I think both times they had to go back and deliver lately as she had gone out. They were so accommodating and friendly, not the service I would get if I shipped from a site and had 3rd party delivery. The baskets were beautiful and she loved them!

Recommended by Anita the sales person for 1111Central. I thought this is a strange place to have a glass of wine. It looked like the place to go in and buy a bottle and leave. But then I asked Bruce the owner if we could sit there and have wine and have a charcuterie tray. He said oh I’ll fix it up for you just pick out the cheeses you want etc. and it was a wonderful personalized service. Bruce fixed up a lovely little tray for us. Then I took it home and served the leftovers to my guests the next night. I think it could be a very interesting place to congregate

He worked with me on every detail of the transaction and texted me after the gift had been delivered shortly after our call was concluded. Excellent customer service is invaluable when one cannot be present to handle details of a special occasion. Ian was competent and timely in his role today. Great company to work with!

I have always loved this wine store and thought it time to write a review. Every single time I have walked in, I have been greeted warmly and helped immediately. Every single bottle that has been recommended to me has been a hit. They take the time to learn about what you are looking for and ask a few questions and the next thing you know they are telling you about the perfect bottle. There is a range of price points and the venue is ideal (cozy, clean, warm and inviting - old world feeling). Bruce was especially helpful today finding just the right bottles for me for holiday gifts. His wife is a foodie and offers a selections of delicious food pairings. Oh, and there is chocolate too! ENJOY!
