We had an amazing evening with our group of 10 at 360. Kathleen was our waitress her attention to detail was outstanding. We were there at the beginning and proud to say were there at the end! It has been an amazing ride supporting a true visionary... Rebecca Maddox
Enjoyed the location and outdoor Florida ambience Sunset amazing and you could hear the music from celebration park This lovely restaurant will close May 1 and that might be why I didn't find the food very excellent Mussels were not so flavorful and my dusted red snapper was a tad over fried The key line pie was so delicious and staff friendly and professional It's worth a visit but not for the food
Great lunch experience. Sit outside if you can. Arrive before noon if you want to get a seat. The pastas are fantastic.I had the lamb and artichoke pasta with the host suggested Lemon Béchamel sauce, and I loved it.

Was in town visiting and a friend recommend this place for the on the water experience. That was the only good thing about it. We were served coffee in cups that had lip stick still in the rim and went to use the ladies room and it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Poop splattered all over the toilet rim. If this is the standard of cleanliness where customers are I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like. It was a disappointing waste of a meal

We have been waiting for our drink for 20 mins past, we couldn’t see our server return, so I spoke to one of the cashier and find out our order never went into the kitchen, so we start order drink and food over again, After 50 mins of setting there food arrived on the table. Which I understand mistake is happen sometime, but we don’t have choice to tips for service. It is automatic charge us 20%. It should be customer decision or it should be waved. We got charged on credit card for food and tips ahead before we finished.

Really disappointed in this beautiful setting restaurant. Started with the fried calamari which was actually delicious. But then came the entrees. Wife had the fried snapper which was way over battered and way overcooked. I had a trio basket of fried grouper, scallops, and shrimp. Very light on all three and all overcooked except for the scallops. But real French fries but they couldn't save the meal. Service was on point, no wait and very courteous. We'll not be back.
This has been my favorite for the last two years. Unfortunately my visit last week was awful. The food was poorly prepared, every dish, especially the ‘lightly dusted snapper' which was heavily breaded and over fried. drinks were flat and not drinkable. I will not return
The food was salty and our entree could have used some garnish. Ridiculous that you have to pay $8 for bread. Our server could have used more training and enthusiasm. We had a shareable plate and extra plates did not come with it. The server brought them later when we were half way through. The view is great but overall it was overpriced, empty and bad service. I'll stick with downtown next time.
This visit to Three60 was not up to its usual level -- they were very short-staffed which made for a some delays and service lapses. Our waitress was trying her best and we've known her from prior visits but these problems were not her fault.
The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed their meals. The waitress was a very nice person, and understood the menu well, but seemed to be overwhelmed a bit as the restaurant was busy and short staffed. We had to wait a bit to order. Nothing that should discourage anybody from eating here, but it did take a bit to get drinks and order food.

We ordered drinks and asked for more time to review menu the wait staff never returned to check on us we needed to ask for our waiter waited over hour for service soup was tepid needed to send back to reheat great setting , not sure if I will return
With my wife we split the Beet Salad and split the Grouper sandwich plus glass of wine and a diet coke. And split the Bread Pudding. $78. Hmmm. Would have been OK if food had been up to snuff but....need to revisit who named the Grouper Sandwich the best in Naples. Bun was hard toasted dry while the fish was tasteless at best. And potato chips as opposed to fries. Beet salad was again OK but how hard would it have been to split onto two plates. Given the food pricing just think you need up the value for money proposition. Service was prompt except for the bread pudding. No water of diet coke refills. Overall just think you can do better. Must say had better previous experience at lunchtime.
Our previous experiences at this restaurant were very positive but this time it was terrible. We were given a wine list but the restaurant didn't have anything on the list. Were told they were sent across the street. This organization has several wine stores and they can't supply wine to their restaurant?? My husband's meal was incorrect and the food was mediocre. The restaurant is closing May 1st- not sure how they will make it until then.
Try them... you will love everything!
