Great lunch experience. Sit outside if you can. Arrive before noon if you want to get a seat. The pastas are fantastic.I had the lamb and artichoke pasta with the host suggested Lemon Béchamel sauce, and I loved it.

I also do not like giving my credit card for use throughout my visit. Ice tea came out in a tiny juice glass. It is an uncomfortable restaurant to eat at. Food ok.

Was in town visiting and a friend recommend this place for the on the water experience. That was the only good thing about it. We were served coffee in cups that had lip stick still in the rim and went to use the ladies room and it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Poop splattered all over the toilet rim. If this is the standard of cleanliness where customers are I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like. It was a disappointing waste of a meal

We have been waiting for our drink for 20 mins past, we couldn’t see our server return, so I spoke to one of the cashier and find out our order never went into the kitchen, so we start order drink and food over again, After 50 mins of setting there food arrived on the table. Which I understand mistake is happen sometime, but we don’t have choice to tips for service. It is automatic charge us 20%. It should be customer decision or it should be waved. We got charged on credit card for food and tips ahead before we finished.

This place is horrible and you will notice as soon as you try to figure out how to order. Bumping into people in line and same place where deliveries come in. They are all jerks and this is the worst system I have ever seen. You have to get napkins by peoples crotch while they are panicking because they have to order with a line and 20 seconds to order. They get made if you stand in the entrance that is right by the line that you can't get past the people. They don't tell you how much it and no receipt. They got the order wrong and made dad pay for another order even though they messed up and added 20 percent on this. We didn't know until we saw the charge on the credit card Food is horrible delivered 10 minutes apart. If you want to ruin someone's day bring them here. The owner up front is a jerk and made fun of people right in front of use and gets mad because you don't know there stupid system. If you like cold owners and food and like feeling like your at a crowded dance club with angry people check it out. Plus you get to pre pay 20 percent before you even get food.

Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. It was our first visit and we felt very unwelcome. The person taking our order was not friendly and yelled at all three of us to order by number. The food was dropped off and no one came back to check on us. We needed ketchup, salt, a second sauce and a box. All items had to be retrieved. When inside trying to ask for an item, NO ONE would even look at me. Also, a tip was automatically added to our bill. We never had to sign anything or received a receipt. I didn't know the total until I looked at my credit card payment. Still unsure of the tip that was added. Perhaps that's why service is so poor, they know they're guaranteed a certain amount.

Really disappointed in this beautiful setting restaurant. Started with the fried calamari which was actually delicious. But then came the entrees. Wife had the fried snapper which was way over battered and way overcooked. I had a trio basket of fried grouper, scallops, and shrimp. Very light on all three and all overcooked except for the scallops. But real French fries but they couldn't save the meal. Service was on point, no wait and very courteous. We'll not be back.

This has been my favorite for the last two years. Unfortunately my visit last week was awful. The food was poorly prepared, every dish, especially the ‘lightly dusted snapper' which was heavily breaded and over fried. drinks were flat and not drinkable. I will not return

The food was salty and our entree could have used some garnish. Ridiculous that you have to pay $8 for bread. Our server could have used more training and enthusiasm. We had a shareable plate and extra plates did not come with it. The server brought them later when we were half way through. The view is great but overall it was overpriced, empty and bad service. I'll stick with downtown next time.

This visit to Three60 was not up to its usual level -- they were very short-staffed which made for a some delays and service lapses. Our waitress was trying her best and we've known her from prior visits but these problems were not her fault.

The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed their meals. The waitress was a very nice person, and understood the menu well, but seemed to be overwhelmed a bit as the restaurant was busy and short staffed. We had to wait a bit to order. Nothing that should discourage anybody from eating here, but it did take a bit to get drinks and order food.

Oooooo

We ordered drinks and asked for more time to review menu the wait staff never returned to check on us we needed to ask for our waiter waited over hour for service soup was tepid needed to send back to reheat great setting , not sure if I will return

What a great spot. Right next to a small canal. Food is always fresh and exactly as ordered. It's a little different from most places as you have to order at the top of the ramp and then they bring you your food at your table. Great Reuben sandwich and they honored my dietary restrictions. Everyone else's order was made and delivered perfectly. Love this place!

With my wife we split the Beet Salad and split the Grouper sandwich plus glass of wine and a diet coke. And split the Bread Pudding. $78. Hmmm. Would have been OK if food had been up to snuff but....need to revisit who named the Grouper Sandwich the best in Naples. Bun was hard toasted dry while the fish was tasteless at best. And potato chips as opposed to fries. Beet salad was again OK but how hard would it have been to split onto two plates. Given the food pricing just think you need up the value for money proposition. Service was prompt except for the bread pudding. No water of diet coke refills. Overall just think you can do better. Must say had better previous experience at lunchtime.
