One of the last best places to get a decent lunch special for less than $10. 2 crispy chicken tacos, chips and a drink for $8.99? Amazing! It is my go to place for a quick quality lunch. Staff is great. They are young and attentive and really care for their customers. The prewrapped little chocolate brownies that they sell at the counter are dangerous!

I probably come AT LEAST once a week. I’ve been eating here for years and I’m still not tired of the food. Every single staff member is amazing and the food is always delicious ? I highly recommend the flautas but you can never go wrong with tacos ?Dietary restrictions: My husband has celiac and he has never gotten sick here before, they’re very cautious and he can enjoy his food every time without worry

Normally I don't waste my time making reviews. But after being there for the third time in the last month and I'm getting my order wrong. Someone has to say something. Cashier charged me for the Mega wanna like I asked and to make it wet. Which is queso on top. Not once not twice but three times now they forget to make it a mega wanna I pick up lunch for my coworkers and myself everyone gets their food right but mine three times in a row. Then I get put on hold for 15 minutes to get hung up on. Then I can't even get through to the store because they've purposely left the phone off the hook is what it seems like. Either that or they really don't care what goes on around their store. I love the food I love the atmosphere but their employees are lazy. I cannot even get through to the store to see if they can fix it. I'm at work unable to leave right across the street and they can't even answer their phone. I honestly would not recommend going to this establishment until I get better employeesThis location is going to give all Tijuana Flats a bad name in Naples florida. Three times within a month people they need to get it together clearly this is a management problem as well. I will be reaching out to someone higher up than the store management since they like to hang up on people and not answer their calls. Three times that's just ridiculous.

Went in late evening for a quick takeout to eat.. price was affordable and food was hot, fresh and though not the best Mexican fare I was happy with the place.. front employee I ordered from was awesome, she really made my day.. service every time has been wonderful, they are friendly and helpful..price is great, place is clean & welcoming.. the food was basic a definite step-up from a Taco Bell " but not as good in regards to authenticity... But your getting what you pay for.. fast, friendly takeout or dine in .. I highly recommend them to try, a great place if you need a cheap hot meal for the kids.. try out online website, you can save money & earn points for free food. Keep up the great service.
