Decided to try this small, quaint, new restaurant, located in a strip mall. So glad we did. Everyone was so friendly. Our server Mircea, from Italy, was awesome. We ordered the Proscuitto with melon appetizer, and he honestly explained to us that they were not comfortable serving the melon because it was not as fresh as they would prefer, and offered to put together a meat and cheese platter with no upcharge. He made us a delicious platter of meats and cheeses. So yummy. We order two different pasta dishes and a side of meatballs. Everything was fresh and delicious. I only wish I had remembered to take pictures of our dishes. Service was perfect. We will definitely be back.

My meal was absolutely delicious! My husband and I shared a salad and it was large enough for both us and very good and I had veal toscano and had enough for a second meal. It was just as delicious the 2nd day!

Amazing authentic Italian food. The wine selection is amazing and the prices reasonable. The waiters made us feel at home and not rushed at all. That is a rarity these days. The Lasagna was the best I've ever had. The pasta and clams, so good. The salad CAPRESSE, so fresh. For dessert try the Almond cake, grandmas recipe , skimpily amazing.

Absolutely the BEST homemade pasta & Italian food we've had by far! (& my husband makes his own pasta so we know authentic homemade). Just be prepared to wait as it IS a process, but your entree will DEFINITELY be worth waiting for!
I have been to Casa Nostra/Abruzzo many times. Have always loved it until now. Waiter was nice, but rushed & didn't even ask if we wanted coffee or dessert. I had the risotto pescatore. The fish was good & fresh, but the risotto was mush. Not the way they used to do it. My husband had veal Marsala & thought it marginal. So sorry that this place has changed.

Love this place. It was a great experience. Dario and Enrico were such wonderful servers and so nice! The lasagna was the best ever as was the Italian Wine they recommended. Also get the caprese salad. All and all would highly recommend. Very authentic!

One of our very favorite restaurants in Naples! The service is pleasant and the music is charming. Each meal is delicious! We have never had anything that wasn't perfectly prepared, artistically plated, and delightful! A small gem, not far from home, and hopefully, it will remain one of our favorite stops for a long time!

My Family is from the Abruzzo region of Italy. when I Dine at Casa Nostra I expect to see my Nonna stroll Out of the kitchen. The food is Authentic and Soooo good . The only negative I could say is one of the wait staff arguing with all the other staff in Italian ( loud Italian) Was annoying. If I wanted to hear my uncles arguing in Italian I would have gone to my grandparents home The food was fantastic
