“Very simple and fast experience. I came in for a pickup order and arrived earlier than the estimated wait time that it said on the app and my smoothie was already finished. Employee who gave me my order was friendly as well and told me about the survey at the bottom of the receipt I could fill out to get a sweet deal on my order next time I come in. Will definitely be coming back to redeem that deal for sure!“

“Great Addition to the Plaza!
The new Tropical Smoothie that just opened is a fantastic addition to the plaza! This area has been a bit dated for a while, but with the recent addition of Publix and now this bright, clean Tropical Smoothie in an existing storefront, the whole place is really coming back to life. The shop looks great, fits perfectly in the plaza, and definitely helps improve the overall vibe. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and everything we’ve ordered so far has been fresh and delicious. We're really happy to have Tropical Smoothie in this location — it works great here!“
“I love this place! It's great for a fast food joint to get good quality food that you feel good eating. Even though they seem to be short staffed right now, they are still fast at creating the food and giving it to you. The employees have a great attitude and they're very friendly towards everyone coming in the door. I love that you can order online and pick up your order at the front of the store near the front door.“
“Have been to this location over a hundred times. Staff always happy and professional. Food always great. I always buy a Jetty Junior smoothie for my daughter and a chicken sandwich for me, and occasionally food for others. We think that this is the best location out there because it is the best managed and because the staff are top quality people.“
