“I like to give credit where credit is due.. yesterday was pretty rough for me, I was really busy all day on top of it and didn't get the chance to eat. By the time I was able to get anywhere to get food it was literally 5 minutes before closing, which is at 9:00 p.m. for this location. I've always worked retail and restaurants for over a decade of my adult life so I know that when people come in before closing especially like 5 minutes before closing it can be extremely annoying and inconvenient and a lot of the times the people can be really inconsiderate and uncaring of the employees that are closing the stores. I try to be really kind and apologetic almost if I must go into any store or restaurant if it's right before their closing time which is exactly what I did last night. I honestly wasn't expecting much from anybody working, like I said I totally understand wanting to get off work and having long days it just comes with the territory. The drive-thru has an automated message that comes on and I believe doesn't allow people to make orders right before closing time at this tropical smoothie location so reluctantly, as I looked absolutely crazy and disheveled because of my long day yesterday, I went inside of the restaurant. I was greeted by a girl with an extremely genuine and beautiful smile and a very sweet demeanor. I could see there was maybe one or two more girls in the back where the kitchen is doing their closing duties diligently so I felt pretty bad ordering food that have to turn the oven on to cook. I tried to order a bowl but unfortunately they were out of the one that I like so sheepishly I asked the sweet girl taking my order if I could order a sandwich and she was really quick to tell me of course that it would be absolutely no problem. I will spare you all of the details of our interaction but I just want whoever runs this location and tropical smoothie in general to know that your employee Jocelyn, completely turned my entire day around my night around she was beyond fantastic sweet and absolutely wonderful to me. I was just some random person and she had no idea how far her kindness was going to go, I can tell just from our interaction that she is genuinely sweet like that with every customer and she deserves a raise or paid vacation time or something because this girl is a hard worker and you guys are absolutely lucky to have her working for you. My positive experience with her last night at your location has made me decide that I'm only going to be using this tropical smoothie location, as normally I go to the location at Berkshire because they always cook my food well and I typically don't have a problem there. But last night my food was cooked to perfection my smoothie was absolutely amazing and my experience was even better. So I just want to say thank you Jocelyn and her co-workers who, even though it was well past time for you guys to be able to go home, you guys still took care of me and treated me with the utmost kindness and I will never forget that and I will be seeing you guys real soon for my usual Chia banana boost with extra dates and hummus veggie wrap with buffalo sauce 🥲 thank you x♾️“

“I love this place! It's great for a fast food joint to get good quality food that you feel good eating. Even though they seem to be short staffed right now, they are still fast at creating the food and giving it to you. The employees have a great attitude and they're very friendly towards everyone coming in the door. I love that you can order online and pick up your order at the front of the store near the front door.“
