The best tropical in all SWF, the manager and all the staff

Have been to this location over a hundred times. Staff always happy and professional. Food always great. I always buy a Jetty Junior smoothie for my daughter and a chicken sandwich for me, and occasionally food for others. We think that this is the best location out there because it is the best managed and because the staff are top quality people.

Best location, always clean, great environment, friendly & kindly staff ALWAYS ALL OF THEM!! Either drive thru or inside, they have the fast and accurate service (I never feel pushed to complete my order) Great quality food no matter what I order. Very important important as well... impeccable bathroom. Kiddos to ALL it's a great example of Manager doing an awesome job. I want to recognize Kat that remembers how a like my smoothie. Probably my favorite smoothie place hands down, the staff is great and quite funny every time I have been, (haven’t had anything besides smoothies) but everytime I go I have had different smoothies and enjoyed everyone. There is a drive through and a sit down restaurant which makes it very easy to get breakfast or a light lunch on the go.

I was craving an acai bowl and to be honest, I was hesitant to order it from tropical smoothie lol, for whatever reason, but my goodness, the fruits were so fresh and it was the best one I’ve ever had. I ordered as a pickup order, and there was a girl behind the counter that even wished me a good day. It’s really the little things we appreciate as customers. ❤️

I was disappointed that this location does not have a military discount, especially on memorial day. I have gone to quite a few other locations that do give discounts for service members.

The staff of this location are always so friendly, the location is also well staffed whenever I go there. It's not just two people trying to hold down a store. I have been going everyday for a couple of weeks now for my pre-workout smoothie as it fits nicely into my calorie needs.
