Rude from the jump. We greeted her, nothing.l back. I was pleasant said thank you when handdd my food. Nothing. We needed more than the 20 seconds he apparently thought you need to know what you want to order. Pissy attitude, pissy look on her face. If you don’t like customer service that much, get a different job. I’m not one to tell women to “smile” but like girl just don’t act like you hate people. Customer service is MY job I know it’s hard but dang. Then my wrap literally busted open before I picked it up. We don’t live here, but wow if I did….i wouldn’t be coming back.

I have to say, I had a five-star smoothie today. I mobile-ordered it and it came out on time. And it was blended perfectly. This is in stark contrast to the smoothie I had the other day at their collier blvd location. That one was two stars at best. Good job tamiami location!

Great Addition to the Plaza! The new Tropical Smoothie that just opened is a fantastic addition to the plaza! This area has been a bit dated for a while, but with the recent addition of Publix and now this bright, clean Tropical Smoothie in an existing storefront, the whole place is really coming back to life. The shop looks great, fits perfectly in the plaza, and definitely helps improve the overall vibe. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and everything we’ve ordered so far has been fresh and delicious. We're really happy to have Tropical Smoothie in this location — it works great here!

Don’t be fooled, they are open. The staff leaves the big sign as well as the “open” sign off. Assumed it was an accident until I mentioned it to the girl behind the counter. She cut me off mid sentence with, “what do you want?” Can’t be bothered to take the earbuds out and truly felt like I was bothering them. The girl in the kitchen flopped the food on the counter with hardly being able to speak out loud as far as what was in it. Owners, this place MUST be in the red, the way it’s run. Get some management and training in there. What a shame. The food was Ok but they couldn’t even be bothered to cut the whole way through the wrap. Try to pick that action up without it falling apart. Hate to complain but take some pride in your work
Very dirty store , trash everywhere, register and kitchen has trash and dirty floors! Won’t be coming back! Disgusting

My quesadilla wasn’t hot, cheese not even melted. The smoothie was foamy, I threw it away. And, the bathrooms were not clean or supplied with paper towel. The “open” sign wasn’t even on, so I almost didn’t go in-but I had ordered online. When in Naples, go somewhere else!

Dirty store and disgusting bathrooms. Blonde younger woman couldn’t even take out an earbud to to hear my order and was rude. food wasn’t fresh and super small portions. These young girls made food for younger men around their age before they made my colleagues and my own food and we ordered before them and less food. Not coming back to this location
