These young girls made food for younger men around their age before they made my colleagues and my own food and we ordered before them and less food. Not coming back to this location

Everytime I get a peanut paradise smoothie from this particular tropical smoothie there’s a ridiculous amount of peanut butter. Not sure why their proportions are off

They have good smoothies, however customer service is not as good, I visit this place 3 to 4 times a week never had a problem l, last week I placed an order when I tried it the smoothie was supper sweet I made a comment about it to person took order and she said yes it is sweet, I couldn't drink it , gave it back to person took the other and she didn't bother to apologize, or made another one, lost my money, next week came back same associated took order this time with bad attitude.Today was the last time I visited this place

I placed an online order and went to pick it up. It was ready when I arrived. When I got back to work to eat my avocado bowl I open it up and the granola looks like brown sugar. Just pure dust. Kind of like what's left at the bottom of a cereal box. No chunks of granola.. so weird I've never seen granola that looks like that or tastes like that so I called to ask if maybe they accidentally put brown sugar in the bowl or something. When I called and explained the situation to her she said okay.. do you want to come get another one? I said no (I can't leave work again, I only get a 30 minute break) I just wanted to make sure that I didn't get sugar instead of granola and she said you probably just got the crumbs at the bottom... what the heck? why would you give that to someone? I can understand a little bit but this was just straight up crumbs.Not the first time I've had a bad experience here with the quality of the food.

There was plastic (from packaging, straw wrappers… we don’t know the source) that made its way into 3 separate smoothies. We drive home, discovered the plastic and threw the smoothies away. Never going back - YUK!
I love this place! I pass 3 tropical smoothie locations on my way home from work but choose to go out of my way to this location because of how well they make their food and smoothies. Highly recommend this location!
