They have good smoothies, however customer service is not as good, I visit this place 3 to 4 times a week never had a problem l, last week I placed an order when I tried it the smoothie was supper sweet I made a comment about it to person took order and she said yes it is sweet, I couldn't drink it , gave it back to person took the other and she didn't bother to apologize, or made another one, lost my money, next week came back same associated took order this time with bad attitude.Today was the last time I visited this place

I placed an online order and went to pick it up. It was ready when I arrived. When I got back to work to eat my avocado bowl I open it up and the granola looks like brown sugar. Just pure dust. Kind of like what's left at the bottom of a cereal box. No chunks of granola.. so weird I've never seen granola that looks like that or tastes like that so I called to ask if maybe they accidentally put brown sugar in the bowl or something. When I called and explained the situation to her she said okay.. do you want to come get another one? I said no (I can't leave work again, I only get a 30 minute break) I just wanted to make sure that I didn't get sugar instead of granola and she said you probably just got the crumbs at the bottom... what the heck? why would you give that to someone? I can understand a little bit but this was just straight up crumbs.Not the first time I've had a bad experience here with the quality of the food.

First f all the pictures are not matching. This location doses not look like this and the quality of the products coming out of this place are also totally different in a negative way. It is dirty and full of unprofessional young girls.

There was plastic (from packaging, straw wrappers… we don’t know the source) that made its way into 3 separate smoothies. We drive home, discovered the plastic and threw the smoothies away. Never going back - YUK!

I love this place! I pass 3 tropical smoothie locations on my way home from work but choose to go out of my way to this location because of how well they make their food and smoothies. Highly recommend this location!

i came here and the employees were very rude . one girl was sitting down and NO ONE had the correct uniform on. they all had bad attitudes PLUS my food was cold. i asked them to remake it and i got attitude and they refused to remake it . the manager was rude as well

I came here because t mobile Tuesday had a free flatbread deal so I pre ordered and when I picked up I planned at looking at the menu for a smoothie however the cashier lady was so unwelcoming borderline rude mean that I didn't bother and left. Food and salad were great! The chicken pesto flatbread was quite good!
I dropped by on a Wednesday evening and the place was completely empty. I was able to be in and out the door in less than 5 minutes with my delicious chia banana peanut butter smoothie ($7.38). It tasted as expected, and the ingredients seemed well balanced. The styrofoam cup doesn't hold the coldness well though, in that the bottom part gets warm after a minute if you don't stir. Otherwise this is not a bad place to get a refreshing drink of decent quality and without a long wait.

During todays visit for smoothies we witnessed a long line with many orders to fill, while standing at the counter we observed the kitchen staff throughing bags of potato chips across the kitchen at each other and laughingWe finally were waited on and I asked the person taking our order if he knew which customer would be buying the smashed bags of potatoe chips, he didn’t know I ask if his manager knew they were throwing chip bags around, his statement: he doesn’t care………
