I always get the same smoothie regardless of the location; I get a bahama mama no pineapple and extra white chocolate since I'm allergic to pineapple. Yesterday my boyfriend and i went, that was probably the worst bahama mama I've had and I've had similar experiences at this location previously. Mine was super icy and just mostly strawberry I didn't taste coconut or white chocolate. For getting the same one every time it should not change but it was terrible.

We had a bad experience at this Tropical Smothie. First, my son ordered a Chichen quesadilla and it was missing the sauce. When he asked for it it took a while for him to receive it. Also, we had to ask two times for the smoothie. Fist time they had forgotten. I asked for it and they did not pay attention. We had to wait like 30 minutes to receive it. One of the employees started to organize all the chairs in a rude way while we were waiting. She was making a lot of noise. Definitely I do not recommend this place.

I was there this past weekend, and I had a horrible experience due to the assistant manager mistreating the employees. I was getting my order taken by a female employee when the assistant manager came up to the employee, grabbed her by her hand, pulling her arm back aggressively, and started jerking a glove off her hand. I understand there might be rules while at the register, but the way she handled that situation was not correct, especially in front of a customer. As I'm reading other reviews, it seems the employees are treated poorly by the managers. I will be calling corporate to address this issue; hopefully, something is done.

Manager was rude and refused to sell me an item I have been buying for years off menu. She also yelled at her employees for no reason and embarrassed/threatened them. Very poor attitude. Very bad customer service from the manager, not the servers.

this is the worst tropical smoothie in naples they dont even greet you or nothing they have no manners and when you try to talk to them they give you an attitude it was 2 young girls and more customers came in and they didnt even attend them they js stayed quiet and the customers were just waiting to be attended they werent doing anything DO NOT COME HERE

I was there today, 04/08/2025, at 6:40 pm. There were two girls working there, with the worst attitude I've ever seen. They had friends visiting and they didn't serve me in the best way. I don't recommend this tropical restaurant at Airport and Pine Ridge.

I have never been here before and my friend suggested that we go check it out. I guess she's a regular and I can understand why we got a smoothie and it was really good. I will be back with my daughter to enjoy a smoothie with her.. 👍🏼

This place is extremely consistent with shorting straws on my delivery orders. Just put them in the bag.

This place deserves a one star solely because of the employees. You walk up and they just stare at you with a blank face, don’t address you, talk while yawning in your face. How do they expect to get tipped when they have HORRIBLE customer service? Will definitely only attend other locations as their employees have good customer service.

I just visited this site and a bunch of young kids. They’ve got behind the counter have no clue how to take care of customers. They all had an attitude beginning with the manager herself, which I could not make her name on her tag because her long hair was covering it. They were all goofing around and had a stupid attitude about them. They couldn’t get my order right and they couldn’t supplement another item for the chips that they did not have available And the fruits looked disgusting. I hope top management gets a hold of this and replaces these kids they have no clue how to take care of people..

Tried another visit at Tropical Smoothie on Airport & Pine Ridge and again was unfortunately very disappointed. Was given a gift card because of a previous not so good experience. Smoothie took 12 mins to make and was very watery. I ended up throwing it away. What a waste. Customer service and wait time truly needs to be improved significantly. Will not visit this location again.

I visited this Tropical Cafe on Tuesday with my 2 friends and we all got food poisoning. We didn’t feel that was something wrong with the food then, but the next day we all threw up all night, we couldn’t sleep, it was the worst feeling I’ve had, my stomach hurt for 2 days. It was the only thing we ate together, so it was for sure from their food, we had the same symptoms without talking with each other for 1 day. We had chicken pesto sandwich and chipotle chicken sandwich. Just be careful if you don’t want to go to the hospital after eating there. 👎🏻
