Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The smoothies tasted like straight water. The kid behind the counter was laughing when he gave one smoothie to us and it was overflowing everywhere. Plain rude, disgusting, it was dirty and all around disappointing. I love tropical smoothie but this one literally sucks. Never coming again.

Horrible service! The tropical smoothie at the Carrillon Plaza in Naples, were very unprofessional and rude… I went to order food with my services- emotional support Dog(4.5 lbs/hiperallergenic) in kangaroo carrier, not even in a stroller and did not even bother to see or even ask for my ID for it and told me I could not eat there, that I had to order and step out of the restaurant. Extremely disappointed when I was constant costumer, but after this horrible experience, not anymore.

The manager Joyce at this location is amazing. She was a sweet as can be. She handled the customer before me very well with respect, also.

I always get the same smoothie regardless of the location; I get a bahama mama no pineapple and extra white chocolate since I'm allergic to pineapple. Yesterday my boyfriend and i went, that was probably the worst bahama mama I've had and I've had similar experiences at this location previously. Mine was super icy and just mostly strawberry I didn't taste coconut or white chocolate. For getting the same one every time it should not change but it was terrible.

We had a bad experience at this Tropical Smothie. First, my son ordered a Chichen quesadilla and it was missing the sauce. When he asked for it it took a while for him to receive it. Also, we had to ask two times for the smoothie. Fist time they had forgotten. I asked for it and they did not pay attention. We had to wait like 30 minutes to receive it. One of the employees started to organize all the chairs in a rude way while we were waiting. She was making a lot of noise. Definitely I do not recommend this place.

I was there this past weekend, and I had a horrible experience due to the assistant manager mistreating the employees. I was getting my order taken by a female employee when the assistant manager came up to the employee, grabbed her by her hand, pulling her arm back aggressively, and started jerking a glove off her hand. I understand there might be rules while at the register, but the way she handled that situation was not correct, especially in front of a customer. As I'm reading other reviews, it seems the employees are treated poorly by the managers. I will be calling corporate to address this issue; hopefully, something is done.

Manager was rude and refused to sell me an item I have been buying for years off menu. She also yelled at her employees for no reason and embarrassed/threatened them. Very poor attitude. Very bad customer service from the manager, not the servers.

this is the worst tropical smoothie in naples they dont even greet you or nothing they have no manners and when you try to talk to them they give you an attitude it was 2 young girls and more customers came in and they didnt even attend them they js stayed quiet and the customers were just waiting to be attended they werent doing anything DO NOT COME HERE

I was there today, 04/08/2025, at 6:40 pm. There were two girls working there, with the worst attitude I've ever seen. They had friends visiting and they didn't serve me in the best way. I don't recommend this tropical restaurant at Airport and Pine Ridge.

I have never been here before and my friend suggested that we go check it out. I guess she's a regular and I can understand why we got a smoothie and it was really good. I will be back with my daughter to enjoy a smoothie with her.. 👍🏼

This place is extremely consistent with shorting straws on my delivery orders. Just put them in the bag.
