You can tell this place survives on Togo/delivery orders so they are usually busy, but the Manager and supervisor micro manage their employees on an unhealthy level. I usually stop by there when at the stores next to it or on the way to my job a block away. And the food/smoothies usually taste good. But I can't support a location that belittles their employees. There are respectful ways to teach, train, manage, speak, and address different situations. The lady in charge has clearly never been required to take a class on this. And the supervisor male she had under her is a mini her in training. Idk how closely tropical smoothie pays attention to this. I feel so bad for the employees under them. No reason you need to belittle people over such minor things. They would respect the tasks and job more when they are treated with respect. I will not return to this location anymore to purchase food or drink, only if i can offer them better jobs.

Delivery. Took 40 minutes to go 4 blocks. Smoothie melted and spilled all over sandwich. Store can’t refund. DONT DINE

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes for delivery. When food arrived, smoothie was melted and spilled all over the sandwich making it soggy. Called store and they can't do anything. I asked if they would just send new and they said I'd have to pay for it. STAY AWAY

Worst service out of any Tropical Smoothie locations I’ve ever been to… not to mention I’ve never in my years would want to leave someone a bad review, I’m missing 2 small items from my order that were paid for.. I immediately call The Tropical Smoothie location and spoke to a younger gentleman. -on 9/16/2023- @2:15 p.m. I explained my situation calmly and wanted to know my options to which I got back from him “oh well I didn’t prepare that order myself so I don’t know why you didn’t get them, and we can’t really do anything about that”… ?????JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR???… ANYONE WANTING TO GET ROBBED PLEASE COME HERE THEY’LL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!THIS IS A REAL GOOGLE AD AND I WILL CONTINUE TO PUT BAD REVIEWS IN ORDER TO FREELY EXPRESS MY EXPERIENCE AND UNTIL A MANAGER HAND DELIVERS ME MY ITEMS THIS WILL LEAD TO CORPORATE!!!

2.5 stars - I ordered a turkey and cheese quesadilla and asked for my sauce on the side. It was smothered in sauce very messy and leaking and it was not on the side and there was no cheese, so it was a bunch of smothered sauce with bread and turkey. On the positive they did offer to remake it & the person I spoke to on the phone I believe his name was Raya and he was was nice very and tried to make it right.

I used to order here all the time and then the smoothies started tasting sour like bad fruit sour. That was months ago decided to give them another try. Ordered a kids smoothie (incase I was about to waste my money) and a hummus wrap with no onions…Imagine that SOUR, watered down, with a nice frappé consistency for the smoothie. Of course the hummus wrap had onions. I’ll spend the money on gas to drive to another location.

The young man that was working at the front desk with the black hat didn't welcome me nor thanked me after the fact I mentioned I was a returning customer. I was surprised at the lack of acknowledgement I mentioned this, there was no enthusiasm or a smile. I felt unwelcomed and that this individual simply didn't care. I will go elsewhere. Hope you can correct this situation.

Needs a Management change. It’s 11 on a Sat and you are out of Kale Salad? That’s not the kids working, that’s the leadership. If this is a company store, start over with your Managers.

There were two employees working today and they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and I received my order in a very short period of time. I brought the order home with me. The buffalo chicken wrap and kale/apple salad were delicious and the smoothie was perfect!

Not the cleanest location I have visited. Kale slaw was spoiled and shouldn't have been served.Service was good. Smoothie and sandwich okay

The service is always extremely slow. The staff do not change gloves or keep the interior clean. The floor is always soaked for some reason. Every time I have ordered a smoothie here it is extremely frothy and missing flavor. I order the same smoothie at other locations and it is flavorful and has ice. It seems like the staff are miserable and do not care about the quality or service they provide.
