This location is so crappy and there is ALWAYS an issue when I come here. Literally, only this location. Today the bag of chips I received in my online pick up order bend like rubber. The smoothie luckily tastes decent and isn’t watered down this time.

I was highly disappointed with this location!! I go to Tropical Smoothie every day all over florida, this location is the only location that didnt want to give me the leftover from the smoothie so I can give a little bit to my son, instead they just waste it and goes down the drain and the way the guy did it was very rude, telling me that they're not allowed, it doesn't even make sense. If I have to travel further I will do so just from the way I was treated.

Very simple and fast experience. I came in for a pickup order and arrived earlier than the estimated wait time that it said on the app and my smoothie was already finished. Employee who gave me my order was friendly as well and told me about the survey at the bottom of the receipt I could fill out to get a sweet deal on my order next time I come in. Will definitely be coming back to redeem that deal for sure!

Waited 20 minutes outside the front in the rain before realizing they don't open the doors for you. Then waited for 30 MINUTES INSIDE before being questioned by the staff, rather than seated and waited on.
