This is the second and most likely final time I’ll visit this location. The wait both times was ridiculously long, considering we were the only car there both times. Pulling up to the window, each time, different employees give off ax murderer vibes. The employees at this location are miserable. NOTHING like the location right up the road on Immokalee.

I have had hundreds of smoothies from TSCs all over the Naples area and the country. We have been visiting this location since they opened. The food is soo inconsistent at this one. I understood when they first opened but months later the food and smoothies are not like at other locations.Today and on 4-5 other trips to this location I have gotten smoothies with either not enough ingredients and/or way too much ice. The smoothies are like lightly flavored ice. Today I sent the smoothie back because it didn't have enough flavor (fruit) and I couldn't get it thru the straw because it was like a cup of snow. They remade it and nailed the texture but was still bland compared to other locations.

We went to the drive through and it literally took them 10 minutes to even take our order and then they took another 15 minutes to prepare and hand out our order. We spend 25-30 minutes waiting in the drive through in total. That's a joke. The food was good but it was not worth the money and the time.

We have gotten dinner here & occasionally lunch. Every time we order the quality of the food goes down. This last time the buffalo chicken wrap I got was horrible, soggy mess & I'm pretty sure it wasn't made right. They never put the extra sauce on or at all when I order the jerk chicken wrap. We won't be getting food here anymore.

I rececently visited Tropical Smoothie during a busy rush hour, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I experienced. Despite the bustling crowd, the staff went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable experience. James, Bri and Grace were exceptional and made me feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be back!

This location sucks. I waited WAY too long in the drive thru. I had to wait over 10min when there was no one ahead of me in the drive thru. All the cashier said was “We will be with you in just one moment”. I just left and went to another Tropical Smoothie location. It’s been several moments and they always move too slow. I work in customer service, and I don’t even move that slow. They even ask for a tip they don’t deserve a tip. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I've been to this location a few times now in the evening hours to grab dinner and there's usually only 2 people running the entire store. Not only are these guys getting hammered with drive thru and in-person orders but also online orders. I read another review calling them slow and felt that was an extremely unfair assessment given the conditions they're in, so I had to give my input. Every time I've come to this location I've been greeted with nothing but friendly and helpful customer service. They're trying their best.P.S. I highly recommend the Sunrise Sunset btw if you haven't tried it already

2nd time I’ve been to pine ridge location and I am the only one in the drive thru line.. guy says “sorry we only have i2 people”… he said that last time too.. then it takes 20 mins in the drive thru line to get 2 wraps… I’m sorry but I will never be back..

Wonderful angels work at this location. Just stopped by 10/13/2023 on a rainy flooded 11am morning in Naples lol and they were responsive wonderful and took care of me especially Britney who at the time was working register. The team of 3 woman stayed strong and knocked down order left and right I’m proud of them and proud to be a guest at this tropical smoothie cafe! Nice job lady’s and wonderful job to your store manager
