Waited at the drive through for 15 minutes than when i got my food the order was completely wrong had to give me a refund there was 2 people that i saw so I dont think they where understaffed

Zero. Negative 5. Paid 40$ for two smoothies and two sandwiches get out of here. Originally I ordered 3 smoothies and 2 sandwiches but as my order was sent out I realized how worse it was that the lady who took my order did not ring in myMango smoothie so not only did I just pay for two meals (because I did not get my 3rd drink) at a sandwich shop for 40$ where there is no table service and I am forced to tip. Bye

I order smoothies at least twice a week ( Collier Blvd) and what bothers me is the inconsistency in the smoothies. Sometimes they are delicious and other times they taste just like water and ice! I always order online and pick them up and this week both of the days I ordered them I had to threw mine ( kiwi quencher) to the trash because it tasted just like water and ice. If this happens again I’ll go to the Tropical Smoothie in Radio Rd.

you need new employees. try to find people who care cause who is there now could care less. The short little older lady is great but everyone else can go. my order is always screwed up one way or another. i just ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it seems they accidentally started making a jerk chicken wrap. instead of re starting they just did their best to make it a buffalo chicken wrap and it doesn’t taste well. this location is a waste of time and money

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like what I just experienced. There was a line and It was taking forever. I’m wondering what’s going on. Then the guy in the front of the line just drives off the line followed by the second one. Then I wait at the drive-through and screaming hello into it. I decide to just move forward to the window thinking maybe it’s broke. The two girls just have their backs to the window ignoring all customers and orders. Not taking any orders. I’m beeping as I have to kids in the car and won’t even make eye contact. Just drove 20 minutes for that. This location is a joke and embarrassment

Tropical smoothie Cafe has great items - no doubt about that - but the customer service at this particular store in Naples sucks. Five people on shift, no one there and they screw up an order - do they know how to make something etc - There is dwfently supervision missing - all minor not even sure that they are 18 yet
