I usually place my order online and go through drive thru so this is not referring to the atmosphere. I eat the Pnut paradise daily from all different locations. The young lady who opens the store at this location is always so friendly and makes the best Peanut Paradise shakes across the board!! She deserves recognition!! 👏

Employee was amazing, I typically go to a different location, however lately ive had to go to this location. After only coming in a couple times the nice girl in the front Luisa remembered me and my order, and was overall very nice and friendly. This and the following interaction the day after are making me change this location to my new regular location.

I usually love Tropical Smoothie and get the chia pudding bowl all the time, but this visit was really disappointing. I went to a different location than usual, and the pudding was watery and looked like it was separating. Because of that, the granola on top turned soggy, which made the whole thing kind of gross. On top of that, it was $2 more than what I normally pay at my usual location. Definitely not the quality I’ve come to expect. If i didnt wait till i got home to open it i would’ve gone back and asked for a refund.

Waited at the drive through for 15 minutes than when i got my food the order was completely wrong had to give me a refund there was 2 people that i saw so I dont think they where understaffed
