Arrived at 8:09 PM and they were already cleaning and clearly getting ready to close. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by walking in.
I asked for salmon, they didn’t have it. Asked for tuna and was not available either. At that point, I just asked what was available. The server recommended chicken or shrimp, so I went with the chicken Parmesan.
Unfortunately, it was the worst chicken Parmesan I’ve ever had. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Food was fabulous. Not enough staff. On a theatre night, you need to allow 2.5hrs for the entire meal. We arrived at 5:45 and were seated right away. At 6:45 we tried to get dessert. Had to finally send a husband to put the dessert order in with our waiter (at the ordering console at the bar), and at the same time we asked for our check. By 7:15 our dessert still had not arrived. We had to find the waiter again and have him give us our cookies to go. We bolted out of there at 7:20 just in time for our 7:30 performance. They need more staff. If the food wasn’t so good, I would not go back.

We stopped in for lunch because this is my Brother's favorite place to eat. There was a bit of a wait for a table, we were told 45 mins but it was really only about 20-25.
My wife and I split the Grass-Fed Burger, which was very delicious! She had a Simple Green Salad as a side while I had a side of fries with the Tuscan dust. Again, very delicious. Our niece had a pizza off the kids menu and it was cooked to a crisp. I love a good wood fired pizza but this was way over cooked.
The waitress was very nice, refilled water glasses often, and answered all questions we had.
The atmosphere was fine. Being plant lovers we enjoyed all the live plants inside, other than that it was fine.

Wow! Delicious and flavorful food, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere.
I was eating alone, so I ate at the bar. Emma was working behind the bar and was extremely helpful with helping me ensure my gluten allergy was accommodated. Items are labeled gluten free and the kitchen did great at ensure there was no cross contact.
I would recommend making a reservation as it was extremely busy. Parking was quite full as well, so give yourself some cushion to find parking or walk.
I loved that even the dessert had gluten free options. This is a great place if you have Celiac Disease or need a strictly gluten-free meal.
It’s a bit on the pricy side, but not overpriced.

Absolutely love True Food Kitchen! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients you can actually feel good about. The menu has something for everyone, whether you’re eating clean, vegetarian, or just want a delicious, well-balanced meal.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything from the drinks to the desserts is thoughtfully prepared and consistently excellent.
Highly recommend True Food Kitchen for a healthy, satisfying dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Love the organic choices. The bowls are delicious and service good. The fireplace is wonderful!
The food was average. We sat outside-the window ledges were so dirty, you were afraid to lean against them. The floors were full of dirt-needed sweeping. Not at all what we expected. Very disappointing.
After a day of travel True Kitchen was perfect. Great food, casual atmosphere and good service.

Well... love the place.. couple of miss steps. A bowl of ”air fry”french fries for the table was hardly single serving size at $12. My miss step... ordered the hummus and wanted the vegetables, forgot the other option was crisp bread. Like the crisp bread, but I would've preferred to have the vegetables.... My fault. Forgot to ask for the option. They should've offered.
Food not that great. Kitchen doesn't really adjust the menu to your diet. Way expensive for what it is. Seamed like a fast casual but designed more high end. There are better Naple options for sure.
It was a mixed experience. 3 meals the same the Tuna Bowl were great. The Lasagna I ordered was marginal.
We have been big fans of True Food. We ordered a salad appetizer and several entrees. As the waiter was serving our drinks, the entire order came out at the same time. The waiter said this occasionally happens but the restaurant was less than half full. So our pizza was warm and we left with most of our entrees as take outs. The waiter gave us two free cookies, a nice gesture, but overall a very unsatisfactory experience.
I loved this restaurant and have always given it very high marks, but sadly the service and quality has gone down since it first opened. Our waiter was not overly outgoing--nothing specifically wrong, just not as welcoming as one would hope. Service was a touch slow but not noticeably so, and it now feels like the food is mass-produced. Still tasty--but missing something. I got the teriyaki quinoa bowl, friends got salads. Agreed they were all good but not to the great level. Weather was cool, so ordered ginger tea with honey and that was excellent. (I haven't seen the original green tea special in a long time--it is always with pear now). They also got rid of the original hummus which sold like hot cakes. I do not like the replacements and never order hummus anymore. (I used to get hummus every time I went and would even drive over just to get it as a takeout appetizer--but not anymore). We were celebrating a 70th birthday for a friend and I asked the waiter if he could bring anything gluten free with a candle. He said he could bring a GF cookie with ice cream and I said fine. He brought the cookie, no ice cream and no candle. By that time, one of our party had left and the guest of honor was running out of time, so we ate a little of the cookie (delicious) and forgot the ice cream and candles. For price of the lunch, it was ok but underwhelming. They need to go back to basics and revive some of their earlier menu options that were so popular. Is this a management issue? Or Corporate headquarters decisions? Whatever--hope they can steer it back on course! I will still go now and then for a quick, healthier food choice or takeout--but no longer can say I love it. And unlikely to take friends there now either.
