Editing to 1 star all around still simply due to one bartender.. gave it another chance here and was sooo lucky to have her again.. place is trash through and through..
It is Naples, so it's slower atmosphere than most locations. Food is the same but never over 3* any location and that's generous. This location may be better later night and weekends but my times here were weak.
My main issue is one single bartender.. everyone was super kind and sweet with decent service beside one.. gave benefit of the doubt but 3 times in a row with a nasty attitude and seeming miserable and like she's above anyone in any way is weird.. it is twin peaks and to be honest, one of the last one that anyone's looking at.

We love Twin Peaks, but was somewhat surprised at this location, which was absolutely dead on a Monday night during football. No food specials during Monday night Football? That may be one reason why this place was dead during an otherwise busy time for sports bars. Staff was friendly, food was good, but it's not the same when the place is pretty much empty. I hope they find their way, as we enjoy their locations.

Melissa Hererra the server is a rude nasty person
We arrived on Sunday with a party of 7. First, there was a debate on where they wanted to seat us versus where we wanted to sit to watch the games. Then we sat for 10 minutes until someone came by to tell the waitress we were waiting for someone. They have just gone downhill with the service. At one point, I even tipped the girl an extra $10 to just keep checking back on us. This Twin Peaks has nothing on the one in Ft Myers. Our entire party, even 4 who have never been there, said they would never return.

Just ordered birria tacos. TRASH! They do not resemble or taste like birria tacos. The shells look like burned pancakes and they taste awful. Salty and burned. Disgusting. Stop pawning these off as tacos. They should be ashamed. Trash. Seriously. Whoever is working in the kitchen should be ashamed for putting out this garbage. Manager too for allowing it.

Pretty girls aren't always the best workers‼️🤣 it's a decent place, wish they told me how hot the sriracha was going to be.... In any event it's OK and the scenery is gorgeous 👍😎

The staff was friendly enough… when they finally noticed I existed. Walking in, you can instantly tell who the locals are and who’s not. Spoiler: if you’re not, don’t expect much attention.
The girls seemed more invested in their phones and each other’s conversations or with locals than in, you know, doing their actual jobs. I’ve sat there more than i should have like I was invisible, waiting for someone—anyone—to realize I was at a table. And the place wasn’t even busy. Empty room, plenty of staff, yet somehow I felt like I needed to wave a flare gun just to get service.
Now, the food. Let’s just say if Burger King and a gas station had a burger competition, Twin Peaks would finish last. I ordered, I was hungry, so I ate it… that was a burger and regretted every bite. “Nasty” feels generous. Even worse? Not a single check-in. I spent over half an hour eating, and not once did anyone ask if the food was good—or edible.
Overall, Twin Peaks has the vibe of a place that could be great, but instead it feels like a cafeteria where the staff is on a permanent break. If you enjoy bad food, being ignored, and wondering if you’ve accidentally turned invisible, this is your spot. Otherwise, keep driving—you’ll be happier at Burger King.

Stopped by Twin Peaks in Naples and ordered chicken wings (BBQ, sausage, and plain), French fries, rice, and their house IPA Twin Peaks beer. The wings were flavorful and the beer paired nicely. Fries were crispy but very salty.
However, my daughter had the grilled chicken with fries, and it was impossible to eat, it had a strong burnt grill taste. Portion sizes overall felt small for the price, making it feel a bit overpriced. That said, the atmosphere was lively and the service was friendly, which made the visit enjoyable despite the food issues.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Twin Peaks location, largely due to the behavior of the general manager. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving basic customer concerns. From the start, the service was slow and disorganized, and instead of stepping in to help, she only made things worse with a rude attitude and a clear lack of respect for guests.
As someone who just wanted to enjoy a good time with friends, it was frustrating to be treated like we were an inconvenience. Management sets the tone for a restaurant, and unfortunately, the tone here is way off.
I hope upper management takes this seriously because Twin Peaks can do much better.
