First. Make sure you make reservations.
Food was delicious, i had chicken and steak fajitas, and as another reviewer stated, the steak was the most tender steak I've ever had for fajitas. My wife ordered the three cárnicas tacos, they were loaded. Looked delicious. The chips and salsa was good, although i got a few chips that had the whole container of salt pour on them. Very salty. When when arrived the lighting was normal, but I suppose at 8p.m they dim the lights significantly. Overall very pleasant experience.

My taco salad was good enough. There wasn't a wait for seating but the table service felt a bit off for a Saturday evening. At least we didn't have to wait, so if you can put up with okay food but lack of attention once seated then it will be good enough for you.

Lousy service, food order wrong, had to tell bar tender how to make a gin and tonic ! I repeat, GIN AND TONIC ! They will go the way of Bahama Breeze at Coastland Mall !
Never gonna see my wallet again. Maybe a language barrier ? Espanola only ?
All around good experience. Probably the best Mexican we have had here in SW Fl.

We have been coming here for years we always order the carne asada nothing else last week there was something off with the carne asada. I started going to Uncle Julio's in Chicago over 20 years ago I was happy to find this one in Naples.

Beautiful restaurant and great service. Thank you to the bartender Jason who was very kind and friendly. Will definitely be back for late night happy hour. Drinks were delicious and chips and queso was fresh. Perfect spot for drinks before a movie.

This place was so good! The inside is pretty and clean. Our server was super nice and attentive. The salsa has great flavor! The fajitas with the steak shrimp and chicken were so good. The meats were so juicy, the tortillas were fresh.

So disappointed. their menu has decreased in size threefold, and what food they do have is limited to enchiladas or fajitas. our waiter was really understanding and good but you can't make up for the small portions the high prices and the limited selection. I don't anyone in my group today would be going back.
Outstanding. Every time we go.

We were completely let down by both the food and the service at this location. It started with the chips that came with our tableside guac—completely overloaded with salt and barely edible. Things got worse from there.
My boyfriend ordered the carne asada, which came out nearly raw. When we politely asked to switch plates, the server said “no problem,” and he ordered a steak quesadilla instead. To our disbelief, the quesadilla came out stuffed with the exact same undercooked carne asada, just chopped up and repurposed. At that point, we didn’t even bother ordering anything else—we were too frustrated.
When we brought this up to our server, she didn’t apologize or even acknowledge our concern. Not a single word. After looking into other reviews, it all made sense—apparently this location closed in March 2025 due to a roach infestation. Honestly, it shows.
Would absolutely not recommend. There are way better options in Naples for good Mexican food and respectful service.

Just received our sealed order from DoorDash from Uncle Julio’s and yet again it was missing items and sent smaller items than we paid for. DoorDash did not resolve our complaint so we called the restaurant and talked to the manager, Samantha. As a business owner I have always taken care of customers when they did not receive what they paid for but unfortunately that is not the policy of Uncle Julio’s in Naples. The manager just kept saying sorry but also added she couldn’t do anything to make it right. So again they take our money but don’t deliver. I’ve been eating at Uncle Julio’s first location since they opened mid 1980s in Dallas and since moving to Naples I was excited that they were opening a location here but I wasn’t expecting this. So tired of this attitude. Time to use some other restaurants that appreciate their loyal customers.
