Great night! Went for happy hour and they had a half off menu. Sat at the bar, service was great especially since the restaurant/bar was packed! pisco sour was fabulous, new york strip and meatballs... exceeded my expectations. Mussels were not anything I would order again. I have tended to ignore this place on 5th because i thought it was a touristy trap but i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service.

It was a busy evening, lotsa parties, and the staff still managed to deliver delicious hot meals. Our party enjoyed, fish, pasta and chicken dishes and all were pleased with their selections. Our server,Svetlana, made sure every detail was covered, stopping by at various times to check on our needs. We are regulars and intend to continue returning to Vergina's.

Happy Hour sitting outside at Vergina is a favorite of my friends and family for years. Tasty food and drinks are half-price and people-watching along Fifth Avenue adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

Mauro is the best waiter of all time and the food is great! Really enjoyed ourselves as always.

Pre booked 8pm for birthday dinner for 6 guests. The restaurant was fairly busy. Service was good. Food arrived and everything was cold.. very cold. Returned and manager apologized. Free glasses of Prosecco and food reordered. I believe the surf and turf was not cooked fresh and was reheated. I didn't love it but it was passable. DJ played music in bar area. Good atmosphere and fun Dancing. A few drunk people but no problems.

Vergina is a very nice restaurant with good food and service. For a memorable dish, try the Pear Fiocchi, so good!

Great happy hour and nice service. Good drinks. Live music was not my taste when I was there. Had one full dinner which was very good. Food comes in a flash, which is nice when you're hungry, but makes me question when it gets prepared. But will go back for sure.

The food was decent, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I found a brown hair in my drink, which was extremely off-putting. Our server only stopped by twice during our entire time there, and we had to flag her down to help with the hair in the drink because she never stopped by to ask how everything was. Meanwhile, a family of five who sat and ordered after us received their meals, finished eating, and left before our food even arrived.

On a more positive note, the bussers and food runners were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and clearly working hard to keep things running smoothly. They handled most of the service, while our server did the bare minimum, only taking our order and dropping off drinks.

We waited 15 minutes for the check, but our waitress never returned. It wasn’t even busy. Eventually, another very kind waitress stepped in and helped us out. As we were leaving, we witnessed our server seemingly yelling at the helpful waitress, which felt incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression.

For a place that markets itself as a high-end restaurant, the experience was far from it.

Absolutely terrible service. Manager rude, argumentative, and just plain nasty. Beware this restaurant will not disclose prices of their “surprise” birthday desserts. Flies were surrounding our table the entire night, my boyfriend was given the wrong dish, and manager absolutely humiliated me during what was supposed to be a special occasion. Take your business elsewhere if dining in Naples because this place does not know the first thing about hospitality!

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday, hoping for a special experience — but unfortunately, it was the opposite. I asked if they did anything for birthdays, and they brought out a dessert without telling me there would be a charge. I was shocked to later find a $25 charge for a cotton candy head — something I never specifically ordered and was never told would cost anything.
When I brought this up to the manager, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation with care or understanding, he basically accused me of lying, saying I had ordered it — when all I asked was if they did anything special for birthdays. There was zero communication or transparency, and the way I was spoken to left a really bad taste in my mouth.
It’s disappointing to be treated like this, especially on a special occasion. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back.

Always a great experience

Only complaint is that there was 13 specials. Which kinda makes it confusing.

We enjoyed our dinner however the music in the background was absolutely unnecessary. It is too loud and you cannot have any type of conversation while dining. It completely ruins the experience. If it wants to be a nightclub then the music should start at 9:00 not during the dinner hour.
