Absolutely exceptional experience from Conner. From the moment I walked in, Augosto greeted me warmly and made to feel right at home. The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was unparalleled. The waitstaff were attentive without being intrusive, and the food was nothing short of sublime, especially the seabass. Every dish was a masterpiece according to my parents. My daughters birthday with the cotton candy was alo the cherry on the cake, wow. Not to mention the ambiance was perfect with the guitar, and the wait was well worth it for such an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely incredible. The live music was great and interactive, the service was immaculate. Props to Carlos, he provided the best service we’ve had at any bar we’ve ever been to and that’s saying something. He even took his time to run out of the restaurant and give me my bag I had left in my seat in the restaurant.All together it was a great experience thanks to Carlos and the live music performers.

6 of us went to a later dinner. Our waiter took our drink order & said our bread would be right out. Our drinks came & we asked for some water & where was our bread? Our waiter, Connor, took our food order and said the water & bread would be right out. Our food came and it was okay, not fantastic. Then our water came. Our bread came when we had finished eating. Our waiter blamed it on the other people who worked there. After we had paid, he tapped me on the shoulder and questioned the tip we had given him. It was between 15 & 18%. How ballsy for a waiter that stunk at his job. He's lucky had got that much. The people across from us had the same issue. Their bread and drinks came after their food was served. Will not go back.

We stopped in for a late lunch. The service was good and the staff was accommodating when we asked for gnocchi Bolognese vs fettuccine. It came out very good, it is American version very saucy. I enjoyed a wedge salad and it was perfect. Atmosphere I will only say they should take some additional care in cleaning practices, the glass doors of all of the wine are covered with finger prints or have not been cleaned in a while, all the way up to the top shelves. Just suggesting a bit more care in the space, it was very quiet for a Saturday lunch time at least inside at the bar area.

The food was delicious, our server on the other hand… very rude. He was so rude to me and my boyfriend throughout the entire dining experience. When it came time to tip, he shoved his ipad in my face and said “You tip here.” in a very condescending voice. I was very taken aback. Regardless of how good the food was, I don’t believe I’ll be going back.

That what you get, a bigger tip then your service !I came to Naples and decided to stop at this restaurant for a quick snack in the middle of the afternoon, I didn't even care about the table and chose a not very good one as I didn't want to take up space for those who were coming to dinner. So I had Filipe as my server when he realized that I wasn't interested (only a table for 2) in ordering nothing more than a dish and 2 drinks, he was rude and arrogant and didn't say a single word again or come back to the table, I give tip according to the service not the size of my bill, and I didn't give more than $8, he deserved 0 because the only thing he did was take the order and never showed up again until it was time to hand over the bill! He was rude again and asked for more. Disrespect, horrible service, don't want to be served by this Filipe, he only gives good service if he looks like he's going to give a good tip, I also work in the area and give good tips. But only if you deserve it, and in this case you deserved $1.I had lavangole pasta and it was great. Even very good, it's just a shame for the horrible service provided by FILIPE

I love Vergina. I've been there several times. Lately, I went there, and everything was excellent! The drinks and food came out quick, the food was good and the service was great. So, I've tipped the waiter 25%, which I wanted to. I'm a waitress myself in the past, and I know how it's important. The tips are actual salary. However, I didn't like that I only have 3 options to tip: 22%, 25% and 28% and it's on that little computer they carry, so you have to be fast. Since when does the tipping culture raise the minimum to 22%? What if the food would not be great and service wouldn't be awesome. Then you are in the situation that you have to ask the waiter how to I modify and she has to explain. I just think the minimum option has to be 20%.

I ordered a carbonara and it tasted like pasta with milk. it ended up being around $140 per person and the server got all crazy about not recieving a tip from one of us. she even had to go tell the whole kitchen she didnt recieve a tip and they all came out to stare at the table as if someone committed a crime. I dont know who this server thinks she is. The grilled Octopus was great tho ??!
