NOT HOMEMADE! JUST BUY IT IN FROZEN SECTION! Waiter blamed cook! I blame all THEM! This is the most disappointing middle eastern food I have had in USA! Belly dancer spanish. Lol

Restaurant was practically empty on a Saturday afternoon at the mall which was surprising. Server brought out 3 slices of lemon for our water and one piece was totally rotted, hard to believe they didn't notice that before they served it. The falafel entree was good, the chicken kabob entree was a bit tough although flavorful. Service was fine, not wonderful.

Six of us had a wonderful dinner on Friday at Vourla and definitely will all be going back again for the delicious food and excellent service. The Mediterranean menu is extensive and each appetizer, entree and dessert was seasoned perfectly, beautifully presented and absolutely yummy! The entire team was immediately welcoming and our server, Hazel, was friendly and professional. The ambiance is terrific for casual dining, date night or family gatherings. We highly recommend Vourla!

I decided on impulse to dine here today at the Vourla Mediterranean Grill at the Coastland Mall, Naples. Florida.Mediterranean cuisine is my most favorite, although I am from the Caribbean.I have eaten this type of food there as we do have a very strong Syrian/Lebanese culture. I have also had Mediterranean Greek food here in Naples, which was quite good.Nothing beats this one. It’s a 5 all the way. Besides, I had the most pleasant and amicable ,helpful young man ,Mert as my server. Next time should I visit I would definitely ask for him, as he went above and beyond in his serving.

I recently dined at Vourla.the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming,The ambiance was great, and the food definitely lived up to my expectations. We tried the house recommendations, Sis kebab and lamb ,lamb burger and if you visit the restaurant, you should too. This is a must-try if you are looking for a nice Turkish restaurant for dinner.

We recently dined here and enjoyed a pleasant experience overall. The outdoor patio provided a lovely ambiance, perfect for a relaxing meal. The service staff was excellent, attentive, and made the dining experience enjoyable.While the the cuisine was good, I’ve had better elsewhere. However, I must commend them for maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment. The only downside was the slightly higher prices, but considering the quality of service and ambiance, it was still worth it. Overall, a decent dining option for Mediterranean cuisine enthusiasts.
We celebrated two birthdays at Vourla on Feb 2nd. We received excellent service by Hazal, who is from Turkey, which gave our visit an even more authentic Mediterranean feel! Food and wine was excellent...and we got complimentary Backlava with a birthday candle for our birthday girls! Nice experience!

The food was just ok. The service was slow and they got our orders wrong. As others have said, we think there is a language issue with the servers not understanding even after we slowly spelled out our food and drink orders.
