Good food, quick service, kinda like a diner. I like Waffle House. I’d eat there when I was on the road working across the country. Took the wife, she’d never been to WH before, she liked it, the restaurant was clean, server was on point, coffee refills etc. on top of her game. We ate breakfast. Naples, Florida.

darlene was one of the worst servers i’ve ever had in my entire life. waited 30 minutes just to get my food and 20 minutes just to place the actual order. take-out orders were being prioritized before the people actually sitting in the restaurant. after finally getting the food it was the wrong order and BURNT. was a hassle to even get the order corrected. had to remind her several times that she didn’t bring our drinks or any silverware. what made us angry the most is that EVERYONE was getting serviced before us. even people who arrived AFTER us.

It was clean and the staff were very prompt and curious. The prices seem to have gone up. Food quality was ok. But the staff and the cleanliness made up for it. My coffee was always topped off. Overall I would recommend this location.
