Had reservations for two at 6pm. Arrived at 5.50pm and was told the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes but we were called and seated in 5 minutes. That was great considering this was NewYears Eave. The margarita cocktail was perfect, right amount of tequila, etc. The menu was preset for New Years Eave dining. My wife grilled salmon was perfectly seasoned and my Lump crab cakes had generous amount of crab meat along with texture. Our server was very polite and did check with us a few times if there was anything we needed. Considering the restaurant was full and she was busy she found the time to stop by us. We will definitely put this restaurant on our list for future visits with friends and families. Thank you very much Watermark Grille.

Everything was great, sat at the bar for Christmas and had a few drinks and an appetizer. Crab cakes were the best I’ve ever had! However, the bartenders at the bar were very rude and complaining to us, which was very unprofessional.

For 20 years we’ve been coming here for special meals, so this wasn’t a random night out. I ordered a ribeye, rare to medium-rare. Another person in our party ordered a medium prime rib. My ribeye arrived fully medium. I told the waitress, and she immediately offered to have it fixed.
When it came back the second time, it was basically raw — seared on the outside and cold inside. I sent it back again. The third attempt came out medium-well, and the waitress didn’t even stay long enough for us to respond. By this point, everyone at the table had finished eating and I still had no dinner.
When she returned, we told her we wanted the ribeye removed from the bill. She checked and came back saying she could remove it, but only if she took the plate away — meaning I still wouldn’t be allowed to eat it after their repeated mistakes.
We asked for the manager. The man who came over was the owner. He rushed to the table, listened, and then said this was their policy. He also insisted the steak was “correct the first time” and implied I should have eaten it. After three failed attempts, that response was unreal. We told him this was a terrible way to treat long-time customers, and that they were going to lose our business over it. He said he was sorry, but that was the end of it.
And let’s be honest — they absolutely threw the steak out rather than let me eat it, even though they were the ones who got it wrong three times and left me sitting there hungry. After two decades of loyalty, that was extremely disappointing.

The wife and I have been dining at the Watermark Grill for the eighteen years we have lived in Naples. Every meal has been excellent and the cocktails are sensational. But the other night was off the charts. They have a seafood platter with angel hair pasta. I asked our waitress, Lorry if there was anyway to spice it up. I thought I had the best Seafood Fra-Diavola ever in Chicago. The chef told Lory, no problem. Well, long story short, it was unbelievably good. We were celebrating our anniversary and had calamari appetizer,prime rib and seafood platter. Scallops shrimp and fish with green beans and sweet potatoes. Our server was friendly prompt and professional, it was very 1st day and she did a great job. They served us a delicious creme brulee to celebrate our anniversary!!!
