Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in a franchise. Not only was the staff annoyed that we came in to order, they got our food wrong even through we ordered only two things. I also ordered no menue and got fries! A staff member with a head-set on, was also pretty busy flirting with a customer blocking the doorway! This was our last order at this place.

Update: I went to this restaurant today for the first time in a long time and its still the same. Awful staff, incredibly slow drive thru, and another wrong order.

They were so unorganized, kind of rude, at lunch there wasn't but a few people in there, pop machine didn't have but a few choices, not a good experience. Cheeseburger didn't look cooked enough. Nuggets were not hot.
Tough location to navigate lunchtime lines can be challenging. Drive thru is a squeeze with not much wiggle room to squeeze out if you are in hurry. Chicken Cob Salad fresh, tasty & well prepared

I usually go here for breakfast. The fact it’s walking distance doesn’t hurt but being from Tennessee I’ve looked all over Naples for a great biscuit and gravy. I’ve had the Cuban version. Not so great. Believe it or not Wendy’s has a great one. Don’t believe me? Give it a try.
