My Dad was having quadruple bypass at a nearby hospital and we came to this restaurant twice during his stay at the hospital. It was one the best experiences we've had with a Wendy's, The manager, Mr. Dinockson was unbelievably kind and provided extra attention to us all and even remembered us from the first time. The food was very fresh and hot. We would highly recommend this location!

Wendys as a whole is struggling,but they're trying. I noticed a downward decay in the restaurant in recent years unfortunately. As for this location in particular, the food was bad ( over fried chicken,cold fries)and the wait was excessive despite not being very busy.Older dining area as well . Wendys is hit n miss, especially if you're not familiar with the area. This one Is a miss.
The burger was not cooked, the cheese wasn’t even melting. They fill the cups with ice even if you ask for no ice and you’re left with two sips of drink.

Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in a franchise. Not only was the staff annoyed that we came in to order, they got our food wrong even through we ordered only two things. I also ordered no menue and got fries! A staff member with a head-set on, was also pretty busy flirting with a customer blocking the doorway! This was our last order at this place.
