Loved how the server handed the drinks, etc to us out of the window - without even looking at us!!!! She was holding her cell phone in the other hand the whole time!! Incredible. Didn't even acknowledge our presence. Wow. Wish I had taken pictures!!

I placed an order 20 minutes from the store with the intention of only arriving to pick up, the order had not even been started nor did they know that they had orders in line, I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to do it and there were not even people in the store or the drive.
I came back again, I ordered an order 20 minutes ago, it arrived and my order was still unprepared.

Me and my boyfriend decided to come here for lunch at 11:44. I wanted the Carmel frostie the cashier Judy was so rude with no smile at all when i asked about the frostie. She shouldn't be on the register at all.

We just left this Wendy’s and decided to go to the McDonald’s down the street. My family and I decided to go inside instead of the drive-thru, as it wasn’t busy. However, we were not greeted and were just stared at. An employee who appeared to be working the register ignored us and helped the drive-thru side. No one greeted us or asked us to wait.

Computer was down, had to go inside to order. Two people ahead of me. I stood in line for twenty three minutes, then decided to leave the two people ahead of me still standing in line.

The staff here is the most sweetest respectful, very awesome people. They do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of. This is the reason why I come up to this Wendy’s because I love the atmosphere and I love the people that work here they are so very kind. There are two girls that do work here and I can’t remember their names. They are so very well respective and very kind. I really hope people come up to this Wendy’s and get welcome like I do all the time when I come because it’s truly an amazing experience in the food is awesome.

Wait time wasnt that bad but the staff was rude,the person who handed me the food had uncut and dirty nails and there was a trashcan outside that stenched the parking lot.

With respect to this Wendy's, my experience was the most unpleasant I have ever had, starting from the fact that we could not consume in the place since the treatment was terrible and very racist, I arrived and asked the cashier if he spoke Spanish and in a very sarcastic tone I called another person telling him do you speak Spanish? and with a mocking smile on his face he really had no desire to serve anyone that's why I found the place so empty and it wasn't because I couldn't place the order in English at all, it's just that I always have the habit of Ask if they speak Spanish since I know that in many places people are bilingual, I was willing to consume but the terrible service made me go to another Wendy's, I hope they improve customer service, I do not recommend it 0%
