It says they open at 10:30 AM but sadly they do not. All of the doors for dine in were locked they were five other people waiting to get in including a retired veteran. There were also five cars in the drive-through not being taken care of.
Love the food, but this location absolutely terrible with service.
11 AM and still nothing. I even drove around the building multiple times to try the other doors and I actually spoke with an employee that was outback throwing away cardboard and Made him aware of the people waiting outside the doors and in the drive-through that he could clearly see but With no care in the world, he did nothing that would’ve made Dave proud. It’s a shame

I would give negative stars if I could. I spent my entire 30 minute lunch break waiting in line and being ignored while 5 people stood behind the counter. Walked out with about 6 other people that got sick of waiting. Don't waste your time. There's a McDonald's across the street.

Try to tell that lady put her lettuce wrap and she wasn’t even following directions and she’s literally something in her head, she put the lettuce on top, but she forgot the lettuce on the bottom, it looks like it’s not a satisfying hamburger lettuce wrap! And it has no sauce on my burger!
