This place has very very very bad customer service. The lady at the window/ drive through attendant had a terrible attitude not once, but twice. She wouldn't respond to any of our questions. They need to do better.

Went to visit this location with my family. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. They messed up on our order. When went back to get the order fixed. The staff acted as if we did not pay for our food. With receipts provided they still argued with us regarding the order. It gave very racist. One thing to be rude but it’s another thing to start making faces as if we are inconveniencing you as if I did not repeat our order several times. And it was not even busy.

There's more flies then customers. Pure filthy. Manager sat there and watch employees cuss and complain in front of people. Manager didn't even take the time to ask if I needed anything standing at the counter. Definitely a poor example of leadership. The franchise owner should restart this whole place or corperate if that is the case. Definitely one order away from a food poisoning incident. Worst Wendy's I've ever been in. Manager all the way down to establishment sucked

Hi. I only come here for frosty because every breakfast burrito or salad has meat in it. Can you please add to the menu a salad without meat/bacon and one breakfast sandwich is EGG & CHEESE ONLY ? Also is there a fish sandwich option? . I might not eat meat but I do eat seafood. So when you look at the menu…there is really not much I can eat on your menu. Thank you.

I don't expect much, but yet, I am still disappointed. It's almost impressive. You walk in and the AC is probably set to 80 degrees. 6 employees see you but nobody says anything, then the manager, presumably walks out of the cooler, I think, which makes sense because it is 80 degrees in here. Besides the temp, the flies, no coke and warm soda, random puddles, the flies, and the general lack of clean vibes, it's not so bad, but the bread always seems to be stale. I don't know, I don't expect much, honestly, but they're lacking in every respect just enough to be annoying, but not enough to leave before ordering. It's a helluva a balance they've struck.
This place is not clean, the cashier barely spoke English, she kept screwing up everyone's order. It took 25 minutes to get my order and there weren't alot of people there and when I did get my food it was cold and tasted nasty. I even got sick when I got home. Don't go to this place save yourself the headache.

This Wendy’s is so unprofessional and ghetto. I ordered a bacon chicken wrap from the drive thru with a thin mint frosty. The wrap was a complete disaster and not wrapped so I couldn’t eat it in the parking space I went inside and presented it to the manager I kindly asked if they could remake it and please wrap it tighter. He said something to his employees in his language which they all were the same nationality and they all laughed as they looked at me. That was very rude coming from a manager. As they completed my request they all kept looking at me. Very uncomfortable an awkward vibe
