Stopped here on our way back home from Spring Break at 1:30p.m. The doors were closed, and they told us they were only doing drive-thru. There was another family with an elderly person trying to access the restaurant, and they gave us no explanation as to why they were closed since it is a fast-food restaurant open until 10p.m. Unbelievable!

The hamburgers my husband and I ordered was a "Where's the beef?"hamburger! It was the thinnest dry tiniest piece of hambuger iI have ever seen! It wasn't square like they advertise Will never eat here again!

Always better then ?McDonalds and Burger King! ALWAYS!!!! Chili is always tasty or baked potato or Frosty. Where are you going to get a decent meal with drink for UNDER 8 bucks??

Don't ever order online from here unless you sit in the drive thru line and check your order before you leave. We were shorted an item and my husband didn't notice until he was home. We immediately tried calling the store numerous times and no one answered. Reached out to corporate and were "supposed" to receive a check as they are unable to credit your card apparently and never received it. We are disputing the charge and will never come here again. They also messed up a taco salad! Lesson learned.
Pretty disappointed, this location has gone way down hill. Not only did they mess up my order in two different ways, but we discovered one of our nuggets had a chicken feather sticking out of it. That pretty much ruined lunch at that point. I ordered spicy nuggets with my biggie bag but got regular instead and my girlfriend ordered medium fries but was only given a small despite us paying for med. Funny thing is, the feather was in the regular nugget so I wouldn't have even had to deal with that if they'd just gotten my order correct in the first place. Do better.

I am sorry to the team at this store, however at this point a 2 star review is the best I can do because you certainly did not deliver your best, not even mediocre. I arrived at 10 Sunday morning to find the dining room closed, hours posted on the door, 9 00 am...I didn't want to eat in my car. Hit the drive thru, the girl at the window was the only redeeming force for you all today. Very kind and courteous and friendly, thank you. However my burrito ? was great in size but could use some onions and jalapenos and cheese, not whatever weird sauce that was, like breakfast gravy...try adding some sausage too. It was filling however Luke warm at best. The potato wedges, barely above room temperature and definitely old...not good at all. Try cleaning out the fryer please, as you can see from my attached photo, some French fries (are they even served in the morning) have been in the oil for quite some time. Most of the time this location is about average and by the star rating that is spot on however this time .... Wow... Please, I like Wendy's so please step up your game just a little bit so I can come back and after all when you pay 9 bucks for a breakfast burrito combo, at the very least make it hot ?.. better luck next time....swing & a huge miss
