I frequent the store in the evenings at least three times a week, and everybody is very friendly and helpful at this location!

I specifically ask for no cheese and reapeted it twice she responded no cheese but yet I got cheese.

Food was NOT good. Mayonnaise tasted sour. Tables were dirty and some had trash on them. Had enough employees to.clean the tables but none were cleaning.
Am happy for people to work but to have 3 children in the restaurant when you should be working is not appropriate.

This location is a disaster. 7:00 pm Friday August 15. Looks like a bomb went off but there’s a party going on in the kitchen. Saw one customer walk, in look around, shake head in disgust, and leave. The store design is awesome, but the maintenance is horrible.

went to this Wendy’s for an order and as I’m taking the order, the manager gets on the intercom tells me I have an attitude after I did not have one then I got to the window and the lady refused to take my order for me. this is the worst Wendy’s that is in Naples the manager their name was Tiana who was very verbal and very rude when I got to the window asked for my food she told me she would not give it to me. I asked her why did she go on the intercom and say that when I was talking to a different person and she said that she wanted me to hear her say that so she unmute herself. If a manager is training someone they should not do that and speak to customers that way who are paying money to get service.This place needs to be shut down. You should not be in East Naples with this restaurant. The entire staff needs to be fired except the young lady that took my order. She was very nice but then told me that I could not speak to the manager and then after finding out that was the manager that was rude she needs to be fired. and also told me she doesn’t care about her job, so therefore she should not be there.
Workers constantly forget food from the orders and have terrible attitudes. Upon that, they show complete unconcern for the customers experience and move extremely slow. Would not recommend. Couldn't even tell you how much money I've lost buying from them.

Nobody answered the drive through intercom. Went inside, complete disaster did not even attempt to order. Have never seen a place so disorganized.
I thought I was in a sit com. Only a few working the rest just hanging around looking at pics etc. I was bringing food to nursing home. B4 I left the one good working noticed one fry missing. Asked the other worker about it and she said oh yeah! I will never good back again.
