Nobody answered the drive through intercom. Went inside, complete disaster did not even attempt to order. Have never seen a place so disorganized.

I thought I was in a sit com. Only a few working the rest just hanging around looking at pics etc. I was bringing food to nursing home. B4 I left the one good working noticed one fry missing. Asked the other worker about it and she said oh yeah! I will never good back again.

After traveling all over the country this has got to be the worst service and worst experience at a Wendy’s. Employees completely ignore you when you walk in and then look at you and laugh. Manager was the most unhelpful person, she sat on her phone the whole time while looking at me as I stood waiting to be acknowledged. They lost our mobile order, then claimed we already picked up, then handed me someone else’s order. They wouldn’t let me cancel the order and then I asked for the manager who continued arguing with me by just repeatedly exclaiming “that’s what I’m sayin’” but wasn’t saying anything. We didn’t get half of things we ordered, as well as no straws for our drinks, no spoons, no dressing for the salad. Don’t waste your time or money stopping here. I gather by the other bad reviews that this wasn’t just an “off night” and I hope that corporate sees this and makes some much needed changes.

This Wendy’s location is a big disappointment. The drive up line was very long so we went inside. Inside we were greeted by no one. You have to place your own order at a Kiosk. Waited in a short line for a long time because the customers didn’t know how to operate the machine. We finally did get our order and the self serve soda dispenser was out of regular coke and no one was going to remedy the situation any time soon. The napkin dispenser was out of napkins and to top it off the Sandwich and bun were dry. Too bad because I generally like Wendy’s.

This Location Not participating in Veterans Day three breakfast 2024. Shame on you when you founder enlisted in the military himself.
This Wendy’s location cannot maintain competent, professional management and staffing, and the employees are extremely rude. For a long time, dining wasn’t open due to staffing shortages. Now the staff they have there are driving this location of Wendy’s into the ground. The owner should care, as this location is new, beautiful, and kept up well. It’s the staffing issue that must be solved.
