Yard House came highly recommended by a friend of ours who joined us for dinner. They were busy. The food was really good. Everything had a ton of flavor. Atmosphere was nice. A little dark so it takes a couple of minutes for your eyes to adjust. Server was attentive. Unfortunately, I don't know his name to give him props. I don't remember him introducing himself. We went to the Yard House because it was on our way back from a music event that we were at. Not sure if we would take the hour drive to purposely go there, but based on some of the other things on the menu that we wanted to try, we will consider it.

Great service and great food. We had buffalo wings for appetizer and they were outstanding was was our entrees! Definitely will be returning often!

The yard house was nice with a varied menu and a good value. My only negative would be that we had to wait very long for our dinner to arrive. Not sure why because our wait server was very attentive but the food took a long time e to arrive at the table

Food was outstanding It is very noisy especially sitting in front of open kitchen Service was good but had to ask for things when needed like drinks to remove empty platters from appetizers etc Value was average for the Naples area

For the 1st time our experience was not good at Yard House! They ran out of steak at 5:30, the meal we had was off! Our waiter was not attentive at all! He started out goof, got us a drink and app and took our order. He never came back to see how our food was, to clean off the dirty dishes from our apps and never asked us for another drink! We were disappointed!

I have been to several Yard Houses and first I'll say that food and wait-staff are always excellent. It's getting a table even with a reservation that takes a a lot of time. This happened with our recent visit in Naples and last we were in Lombard, Il. Receptionists don't seem to know a whole lot about how to figure out when tables are ready or in Naples would rather talk among themselves

Overall it was good but when we arrived they told us our reservation wasn't a reservation but that our name would be put on the list when we arrived. Not sure I totally understood. They blamed it on open table and said that's how it worked. We waited 25min. I was not impressed. After we were seated the service and food was great. I hesitate making another reservation there though.
Everything was wonderful. The only thing I disagree with is they charged me for a game I didn't play, just looked at it on the kiosk that they put on the table. It was $2.99 so I just want people to be aware if you have children to be alert. Don't click on anything just in case you may get charged.

We were a group of 9. We went on a Friday for happy hour which is 3 to 6. We got there at 3:45 and it was crowded already. We were able to get a table, which could not accommodate more than 9. We had drinks and apps at happy hour prices. Our apps were chicken lettuce wraps, sliders, Brussel sprouts, and calamari. We recommend all of them Except the calamari which was mostly breading. We also had the blue cheese and bacon burger, nachos, and the house cheesesteak. All were very good. The fries are average. The server was excellent and accommodating as we also asked for separate checks. We tip extra for that service as we know it's more work. We will definitely go back.
