The cashier helped me pick what I wanted. I got a coffee with ice cream in it and it was amazing. My picky eater of a kid got something and ate it all, there is greek yogurt as a healthy option and bubble tea and more. Pretty place, would recommend!!

Amazing place!
We’ve been coming here for over a year, and it’s still our favorite ice cream spot. The quality is consistently great, the flavors are delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for families.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks Michael

Shocking. This place is very bad. Once you walk inside the store you get hit with a scent of marijuana, the walls are filthy. Black mold was formed on the vents. The chairs were a flimsy plastic. The tables were not only filthy and not wiped down but were rocking side to side and also made from a cheap plastic. A table from Walmart for $10 is better than that. The store was cluttered and there isn't enough space for the workers to work. A lot of cross contamination between nuts and other foods. Be careful if you have allergies here. The games are filthy. I found boogers inside uno cards that didn't have a case. Only one of the kiosk was working and was very confusing to navigate. Enough about the environment, now the customer service. There was a guy walking in and out mid store hours bringing plastic cups instead of serving and taking peoples order. The girl was so rude and kept side eyeing us. She took 30 minutes to get our food which was a bubble cone. She then gave an attitude about it. Im not a Karen either we tipped her $10 before she even made the food and still decided to serve 6 other people before us. The food was horrible. Don’t get their variety of selection mixed up with the quality. The workers were scooping shaved ice with their hands. The item I ordered was wrong and no where near the fake images they displayed. The marshmallows were stale and hard to eat. The frozen yogurt was not all that good for being a fro-yo place. They give you barely any ice cream for the bubble cone and charge $13 for pancake dough. The product I got did not even have the strawberries on there.
This place is trying too hard to do everything. They try to do everything but the quality goes down. My friend had an upset stomach all night after coming to this place
‼️‼️DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK. ‼️‼️

It’s hard to find a really good original tart froyo but this place has the best! Always friendly service too. Helice was very nice last time we went.

New worker Hayannis was the best, her service was wonderful. She was absolutely welcoming and kind hearted. I loved her customer service. The yogurt was delicious. I would recommend this place to by friends and family for sure. Keep it up.

Stopped in late night as they were closing; employee and owner welcomed my group in even though all closing procedures were clearly completed. The new owner is amazing, very friendly, and a great new face to have in the area! Hope this place and owner stays around for a while!

The place looked cheap, with plastic outdoor tables and chairs and the range of frozen yoghurt was poor. The vanilla yoghurt was ok but nothing special and was overpriced (then again it is in the Mercato).
We used to frequent Handles 16 on Pine Ridge and that was awesome. Can’t believe they closed and this place stays open?
Won’t be returning.

We went on August 26 at 7:40pm, the service very bad, the 2 girls attended us were looking at the phone and talking to each other, we ordered 2 small ice creams And they charged us 18 dollars and got a bigger ice cream . We requested the receipt and they told us that you could no longer have the copy, his clothes were sporty in which he saw his belly with a piercing in front of our ice cream.
