This place is very overpriced. They were out of everything that I wanted. Their frozen yogurt was not real frozen yogurt, it tasted horrible. They did not give all the toppings we asked for. It also was $11 for a size that a child would have. I took two bites and threw it away. The boba drink was also terrible. The boba tasted like a salty mess and the milk was bitter. This place needs some help with their pricing and the quality of the food they serve. It was also so hot the environment was not pleasant to sit in.

This ice cream it’s so good and light. I usually have a picky stomach. I can’t really eat ice cream but this one is the best so far and the new owner is so sweet and friendly.

I ordered vanilla frozen yogurt with cookie dough topping and it was so bad that I threw it away after one bite. I do not have high standards for sweets, but both the frozen yogurt and the cookie dough tasted horrible in my opinion.

As a business professional all I can say is If I could shut down this place I would. New owners have no good business ethics or an idea on how to run a business. Paying their employees low rates and playing games with their earned tips. Little to no regard for their employees, revoking their breaks and forcing employees to work with black mold taking over the establishment. The owners are masters of manipulation and take advantage of minors. They are the least qualified people to run a business. If you want spoiled dessert, go to yogurbella.Reply: You should research the term ‘defamation,’ it aligns with your ethics perfectly! Accusing a minor of theft without any evidence is quite the claim, the “police report” that you reportedly filed (which is public information and doesn’t actually exist) is absolutely pathetic. It’s a shame this is the route you decided to take.And for future reference, there are several former employees that were victims to your manipulation. We will make sure all of naples understands to its full capacity, the awful “business owners” you are.
