HORRIBLE service! First, the waiter got our order wrong (which would have been fine), but then he argued about the initial order I placed, and was having sooooo much trouble understanding a simple order - kids chicken teriyaki with fries. Nothing more complicated. Kids chicken teriyaki is on the menu. By the time the kids meal came out 40 minutes later (which I ordered way before the adult meals), we were already finished with our meals. On top of this, the waiter said he would need to charge us extra for the fries since the chicken teriyaki comes with rice and beans (the fried chicken tenders come with fries). They already made the fries when they messed up the first time. We asked to speak with a manager because this was getting ridiculous now. The manager was no help whatsoever and insisted on the extra charge. Also, the gyoza was soggy and lukewarm. We paid and took the kids meal home. Never giving them our business again.

Horrible service my son and I arrived at 7:20pm three other families with bigger parties arrived after us and all chose outside seating and they all got served before we did. Finally after an hour of waiting I said something and the lady was being supper apologetic but did nothing about it or nothing to make it right. So disappointed with the service we received. We often get boba and ramen there but will not be going there in a while. It should not have taken an hour to get two ramen bowls!

The food is delicious that we came back to eat the following day. The chicken karaage is one of the best I’ve tried, juicy and crispy! The Korean wings and Korean corn dogs are also very good! The ramen tonkatsu ramen is rich and delicious! Both Mei and Ori were soo nice and attentive and make our dining experience even better ! Favorite Japanese restaurant in town for sure! Ohh and don’t sleep on the Brown Sugar Bingsu, favorite dessert to end the meal! :)

Yoko-San Ramen is an absolute gem for anyone craving delicious Japanese cuisine. Their ramen is rich and flavorful. The bao buns are a must-try—soft, savory, and filled with so much flavor. I also loved their creamy and refreshing boba milk tea.
A special shoutout to Mae, who provided exceptional customer service! She was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dining experience. It’s rare to find service that makes you feel so welcome, and Mae truly went above and beyond.
