Horrible service my son and I arrived at 7:20pm three other families with bigger parties arrived after us and all chose outside seating and they all got served before we did. Finally after an hour of waiting I said something and the lady was being supper apologetic but did nothing about it or nothing to make it right. So disappointed with the service we received. We often get boba and ramen there but will not be going there in a while. It should not have taken an hour to get two...
The food is delicious that we came back to eat the following day. The chicken karaage is one of the best I’ve tried, juicy and crispy! The Korean wings and Korean corn dogs are also very good! The ramen tonkatsu ramen is rich and delicious! Both Mei and Ori were soo nice and attentive and make our dining experience even better ! Favorite Japanese restaurant in town for sure! Ohh and don’t sleep on the Brown Sugar Bingsu, favorite dessert to end the meal! :)
My server Mae was very friendly and attentive! Every time I come here I get a warm welcome from all the employees. The food and boba are amazing, especially the ramen. One of my favorite places in Naples!!
