The food is made fresh and is delicious. I have always loved middle eastern food and they have a very wide selection of it.The only thing that deviates from the traditional dishes is falafel, which is baked rather than fried. A bit different in flavor,but delicious just the same.

NAPLES HIDDEN GEM. 10 Star Food and Service. The manager Chelsea is incredible. Super friendly and professional and really understands customer service. And the young man, Richard at the counter may have been the most polite and gentlemanly person I’ve ever met. Too often, it becomes routine to accept poor environments in “fast food” restaurants. This is not fast food. Excellent quality, very hearty and healthy. I’ve already decided I’m coming back over the weekend

Really need to get it together, menu makes no sense, why would I want potato salad on the bottom of a Greek salad and lack of substitutions does not help at all.

Healthy REAL food and super people to help you choose, then even make it better when you need, for medical reasons, to modify the meal. Sydney, the assistant general manager did all that for me. It was the best meal I've had in weeks, as well as the best for my body. So happy to have discovered Zoes Kitchen.

The food is usually very good but don’t try to customize your order. Of the many times that I have been to this location, anytime you ask for the order to be altered from the way it supposed to arrive it’s wrong nine times out of 10 maybe more. For some reason they have difficulty handling any sort of request that differs from the Way in which it is listed on the menu. This must happen fairly often for many patrons because this location should be much busier than it is.
